Alum returns:


Drew McIntyre had his first match back with WWE last night.


Nikki confesses she may be done:


"Recently I had to get MRIs and CT scans and we realized that I have a slight herniation above where I had surgery, which isn't good, which means I have to take time off and I have to heal. And hopefully when that heals, if it does, I can get back in the ring. That's why it meant so much to me being proposed to in that ring. That's John and I's home. It's where we've met. It's where we've grown up. It's our life, and that's our family there. So I just hope that I can one day make it back into that ring."


AJ Lee reveals WWE punishment:


AJ Lee says she was taken off the road for months in 2012 for refusing an angle. They, she claims, wanted to play off her real world mental condition, by having her get involved in ever more outlandish skits. She says she found the idea to be in poor taste and was punished for standing her ground.


Old boy coming back:


Shawn Stasiak is considering a return to wrestling, and will make a video diary of his preparations.


NXT promotions:


Three NXT referees were blooded on the main roster this week, on Main Event and 205 Live.


Superstar swaps:


AJ Styles, New Day, Charlotte and Alexa Bliss are the most notable names strongly rumoured to be switching shows next week. Plans to swap Roman Reigns have reportedly been dropped.


WWE business:


WWE have signed a deal with games giants Sega to make a new mobile phone game.


UK ban revoked:


Jeff Hardy will be travelling to the UK for the post Mania Euro tour. It will be his first trip across the pond since his 2009 drugs arrests. His ban from travelling to the country ended last October.


WWE UK:


WWE were apparently trying to secure a broadcast deal with a UK TV network to air the hour long UK weekly show, but failed, so will keep it as a Network exclusive for themselves.


Vaudevillains:


Aiden English will not be dropped back into NXT and re-packaged after the release of his tag partner, in fact, WWE creative are working on giving him a singles push.


Wacky world of politics:


Linda McMahon was sitting answering to the senate today, and in a surreal moment was asked about the angle between John Cena and Nikki Bella at WrestleMania, by one of the politicians. She declined to answer.


WWE snubbed:


Indie great Sonjay Dutt has refused to join the WWE PC staff, and has instead joined the Impact management team.


Old stars to make impact:


Chris Masters, Matt Morgan and Magnus will return to Impact TV tonight, and Alberto Del Rio will be on hand too.


Lana talks backstage heat over breaking kayfabe:


Talking about WWE killing a summer angle between Dolph Ziggler and Rusev when she announced she had become engaged to the Bulgarian in real life, whilst feuding with him on TV...

"They just ended up changing the story so it wasn't necessarily like heat, it was more like… a little bit disappointing because we worked really hard for this story and I was really excited about returning and having a payoff of the return and the tag match. When they decided… when Vince decided to go a different way with it, he wanted to actually tell the story of us being engaged and telling our wedding story. It was like, 'Ok, he's the director!'''

She also gave a 2-4 month return timetable for her husbands comeback.


Impact star injured:


DJ Z has suffered serious internal injuries during a match. His colon burst after taking a 450 splash, and he has suffered internal bleeding. He has had emergency surgery to rectify the damage in Mexico, but had to suffer incredible pain all night as his paperwork was sorted out. He will be monitored for the next few days in hospital, but is expected to recover.

This is not the first major incident involving Z. He was involved in the match that almost paralysed Jesse Sorenson, and received a ton of heat for his behavior after the accident.


WrestleMania backstage incident:


Big Show reportedly lashed out at the competitors in the battle royal after the match. He was said to be furious that his in ring spot with Braun Strowman was broken up too quickly by the other talent.


Alum says Taker is not done yet:


X-Pac says he does not believe The Undertaker is finished. He says 'Taker will go off and have his body fixed up, and will then feel healthier, stronger, and will not be able to resist coming to take his yard back.


WWE DVD:


WWE will celebrate Kurt Angle's return with a DVD set later this year.


Sexiest women:


Gail Kim and Maria Kanellis have been named as two of the top 100 sexy women in the world by an American magazine.


Kaz's new gig:


Kazarian's band will release their debut album this weekend.
