Hogan sex tape:

Hulk Hogan has had his bid to get his sex tape with the wife of former friend Bubba The Love Sponge taken down from the internet rejected, the judge cited Hogan's reality show and previous bad behaviour, and openness to talk about it in public, as well as freedom of the press as the cause of the denial.

“Plaintiff’s public persona,including the publicity he and his family derived from a television reality show detailing their personal life, his own book describing an affair he had during his marriage, prior reports by other parties of the existence and content of the Video, and Plaintiff s own public discussion of issues relating to his marriage, sex life, and the Video all demonstrate that the Video is a subject of general interest and concern to the community.”

Ex WWE man takes shot at TNA:

Possible Survivor Series change:

WWE listed 5 names that could replace Cody Rhodes, if he is not granted clearance to compete, before this Sunday's Survivor Series PPV...
