Today's News

Raw:

WWE will give Chris Jericho the chance to have Luke Harper banned from SummerSlam, if he can beat him in a match.

They will also continue the injured AJ angle.

Funaki and Tim White are backstage guests at the event. Paul Heyman, Brock Lesnar and John Cena will not be there.

Official tease...

* Will AJ Lee be healthy enough to get revenge on Paige?

* Will Dolph Ziggler soon steal The Miz's spotlight?

* Is Stephanie McMahon about to unleash some "Ruthless Aggression" on Brie Bella?

* Will Chris Jericho have the opportunity to ban Luke Harper from ringside at SummerSlam?

* Will Roman Reigns respond to Randy Orton's challenge?

WWE cuts:

WWE are working on budget cuts for 2015, they plan to bring back supershows, taping both Raw and SmackDown at the same time to save money, and they plan to drastically cut the amount of Pyrotechnics they use, particularly at WrestleMania.

Alberto Del Rio rips Ricardo:

He said on the Mexican edition of SmackDown...

"You are probably wondering where the fat and useless Ricardo Rodriguez is, well who cares where Ricardo Rodriguez is when you have the best international star to ever come to the WWE right here."

Jake The Snake on Beyond The Mat:

WWE 2K15:

Stone Cold Steve Austin will host the roster reveal at SummerSlam. It should be noted that none of the leaked rosters going around social media this weekend are accurate, the game makers say, but they have confirmed NXT and it's stars will be included this year. Sting will also be on the panel.

Live the WWE life:

WWE are considering offering WWE experience holidays to the PC, which would include...

* Unprecedented access to the WWE Performance Center amenities.

* Observe an NXT promo class taught by Dusty Rhodes.

* See what it takes to become a WWE Superstar by watching a training session with NXT Coaches.

* Meet NXT Superstars/Coaches and WWE Legends.

* Attend a private live event at the WWE Performance Center.

* Take home WWE Performance Center merchandise.

Or for the VIP package...

* Everything mentioned in the first package.

* Ringside seating at a NXT TV taping.

* Create your own promo video.

* Get schooled on Superstar entrances, ring announcing, managing and other skills.

* Participate in photo-ops and experience the inside of a ring.

* Participate in promo competitions, scavenger hunts, trivia contests and competitive group events.

* Have dinner with WWE Legends.

You would not be allowed to have any physical contact. The first option would be groups of 40, for over 18's only, the VIP package would be groups of 10, no price for the first package but the second would be around $7,500 for the 3 night, 2 day experience.

WWE Network:

WWE are regretting allowing multiple users to use a single account, and are planning on limiting the amount of people that can log in on someone's account, hoping people would then subscribe themself. A financial site have suggested the Network could be the death note for WWE, as it is too niche to be successful enough to make them money.

Undertaker:

The Undertaker will make his first comic con appearance on behalf of WWE in October.

SCSA on The Streak:

"Hell, I couldn't believe The Undertaker lost. I didn't see any reason for it. I love The Undertaker and I love Brock Lesnar, but I love the streak, and I just thought it was so special, that it should never, ever be tarnished."

Orton heat:

Randy Orton has had some heat for posting a picture of a fan with the tag ''Miss Piggy''. It later turned out that the fan was someone who had a personal feud with Orton's Girl Friend, and had used Orton's celebrity against her. So it was not just Orton being mean for the sake of it.

SummerSlam:

AJ Lee vs Paige (Diva's Title) was confirmed by WWE today.
