Kenny Omega is the first US champion for NJPW. The company have also announced a second visit to the States next year. Ricochet shot at LU for holding him to ransom at the second night of the US trip, last night, and Haku appeared with the Bullet Club.


Hart stops beating:


The oldest member of the Hart family brothers has died. Smith Hart died of prostate cancer in a hospice aged 68.

Impact have announced they will host a memorial event for victims of the Pulse nightclub atrocity of 2016 at their TV studio.

The Colon's WWE status is further confused. Primo did not turn up for this weekends live tour, but Epico did.

WWE celeb quits:


Maria Menounos has quit her TV role. She announced that she has had a golf ball sized tumour removed from her brain and needs to focus on her recovery. To add to her tough time her mother has also been diagnosed with brain cancer.


XFL:


WWE have applied to get their XFL TM back.


Brother Love says Punk did drink alcohol:


"Now Punk doesn't drink, doesn't do drugs but he took a shot out of respect for Harley Race. And goes, 'You know, Harley asked me to do it, one shot's not going to kill me. I'm not going to go get hammered. I took a shot out of respect for Harley Race.' And for whatever reason, I thought that was cool and that just kind of showed the love and respect he had for the business and the old timers. He didn't have to and you know, it would have been fine."
