Case dropped:
All charges relating to the death of the former girlfriend of Superfly Jimmy Snuka were dropped yesterday after a judge deemed the HOF'er mentally unable to withstand the trial. The judge had been put under pressure to call the trial off since last summer, due to the dramatic decline in Snuka's health, but wanted to examine his medical files carefully before making a final decision. This will finally end the worries hanging over Snuka since the 1983 death, but will greatly disappoint the ladies family, who have campaigned and fought for 30 years to have him answer for whatever happened, and have been thwarted again, and almost certainly for the last time.
