Hall Of Famer dies:

Just two weeks after being freed from the threat of a murder trial Superfly Jimmy Snuka is dead. He lost his battle with Stomach Cancer. Tamina Snuka shared a picture of her holding her dad's hand as he passed. The Rock then broke the news via social media. Snuka was one of wrestlings great innovators and ground breakers, being best remembered for his high flying feats, including off the cage at MSG, his high profile feud with Roddy Piper,  and for being victim number 1 of the Undertaker. Controversy surrounded him in his last months, as a 30 year old death came back to haunt him. His girlfriend died in mysterious circumstances in 1983, and her family feel he had a part to play in the death, he always denied it, but was facing a trial as recently as two weeks ago, before a judge deemed him too ill to go through the process.

WWE, who removed him from their site because of the impending trial have paid tribute, but at this stage have not yet returned him to their HOF roster.
