Kane:


Kane returns to the road next Monday.


Superfly Snuka:


WWE have decided to remove Superfly Jimmy Snuka's official profile from their site, and have released him from his legends deal as his legal troubles intensify. This is the second time this summer they have revoked the HOF profile of one of their stars, Hulk Hogan being the first. They later confirmed that they had done this pending the outcome of his current trial, but would look at the situation again at the conclusion of his case.

His legal team are making moves to have the case thrown out, citing multiple reasons...


  • He is wheelchair bound.
  • He needs to be fed via a drip.
  • He is suffering from partial dementia, and finds it very difficult to follow what is going on.
  • Has concussion syndrome from all the head trauma he suffered during his career.
  • Has limited memories, and struggles with what he did the same day, and will find it impossible to recall something from 30 years ago.
  • He did not write his book, it was ghostwritten from interviews done over a four year period.
  • Was bailed out by his ex wife, who is one of the people accusing him of domestic battery.

His first hearing has already had to be delayed from September 21, as his legal representative could not work for him on that date.


Indie star ruins WWE chances?:


Tommasso Ciampa was critical of Tyler Breeze during his WWE tryout match recently. He and Gargano had set out a list of the top moves they wanted to include in the bout to showcase themselves. Gargano got a lot of his in, but Ciampa complained that Tyler Breeze ''Stiffed'' him from delivering his favoured moveset, and told officials backstage he was not happy. WWE officials were unimpressed at the slight at one of NXT's highest rated stars, and his chances of joining Johnny Gargano on the NXT roster soon are said to have been damaged.


Backstage WWE news:


WWE are up in the air about whether to go ahead with a new Diva Search after the disappointing reaction to Tough Enough. They are also working on repackaging Los Matadores.



Major heat on NXT star:


The NXT roster are angry and resentful over Blue Pants. They say she was given a spot at Brooklyn, that any of the other girls would have killed for, has been allowed to keep her own merchandising deal, keeping all the money, whereas NXT stars merch sales are shared out equally, no matter who has the best selling gear, still works indies, and has increased her fees for bookings, and does not train at the PC with the rest of the roster.



WWE vs CM Punk:


CM Punk and Colt Cabana have failed to get the WWE medic Chris Ammam's lawsuit against them thrown out of court, they have been told the case will go ahead, and they should start their preparations.



Mantaur lives:


Mike Hallick will resurrect his WWE gimmick in New York later this month.



Bella engaged to Alum:


Brie & Nikki's mum Kathy has announced her engagement to be married to John Laurinaitis. John Cena attended the party with Nikki.



TNA wedding:


WWE Alum Josh Mathews married Madison Rayne last weekend.



Kelly Kelly:


Kelly Kelly says she will one day return to WWE...


"I would definitely come back for maybe one more run. You never know. I'm still young and my body's doing okay, so you never know."


Benoit movie confirmed:


The Chris Benoit movie is going ahead, but the number one choice to play the title role has again rul
ed himself out. Liev Schreiber will not be involved in the project.


Retirement:


Jesse Neal has announced his retirement again.



Wrestling to TV:


Fox are working on a wrestling themed TV drama mini series. It is in its final script revisions, and should go to the recording of a pilot stage, as soon as that is done.



WrestleMania 33:


WWE are expected to announce Minneapolis as the host of Mania 2017 in December.



Bret Hart delivers HOF ultimatum to WWE:


Bret Hart says is very hopeful of an Owen Hart induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame next year, but would also be happy if it was a group induction with the rest of the Hart Foundation (Himself, Anvil, Bulldog, Owen, Pillman). He however added that if WWE do not go forward with the induction of his younger sibling in 2016, he will never attend the HOF ceremony again.

He also continues to attack Owen's widow Martha, calling her anal, and adamant to erase the memory of Owen. He says he is furious with her for her stance on the issue.


Jarrett scores first TV deal:


Reports are Jeff Jarrett managed to secure a TV deal in the UK this week, his first for his new promotion.
