Tiger The Mask - The Movie:

The trailer has been released for an upcoming movie based upon the manga character Tiger Mask, which became famous in the wrestling world after being portrayed by Satoru Sayama (originally).

Iron Sheik:

WWE Hall Of Famer Iron Sheik is to tell his life story in a tell all documentary. The film makers are trying to gather $100,000 to fund the project.

WWE star released:

Matt Striker announced via his Twitter yesterday that WWE had decided not to renew his contract, and he would be leaving the company with immediate effect. He has tweeted that the will be accepting bookings, so it seems that WWE have waived the 90 day no compete clause in his case.

His departure has brought to an end his 8 year WWE career, initially as a wrestler, before moving behind the commentary desk in 2008.

Main Event Mafia:

Kurt Angle has been named as the first member of Sting's new Main Event Mafia.

NXT SPOILERS!!!:

Adrian Neville and Corey Graves bt The Wyatt Family to become the new NXT Tag team Champions, this removes the Wyatt's ties to NXT before their promotion to the main roster. They are expected to debut within the next couple of weeks.

Paige became the first ever NXT Diva's Champion.

Mike Dalton changed his gimmick and is now known as Tyler Breeze.

SummerSlam ad:

The first SummerSlam ad has been released...

Ron Simmons night:

Tomorrow will be Ron Simmons appreciation night on the WWE live circuit.

McMahon stories:

The McMahon's are appearing more on TV at the request of the USA network, however WWE are taking the opportunity to use the stories to hand over control of WWE (In the stories at least) from Vince McMahon to Triple H.

Expect a match between the two at some point.

WWE vs TNA:

Vince McMahon was said to be determined that the Diva's title match at Payback between AJ Lee and Kaitlyn was better than the Gail Kim vs Taryn Terrell match from Slammiversary.

Rob Van Dam:

Initial plans for RVD's return were for a heel RVD to join up with Paul Heyman's stable, but the reaction from fans at the airing of his promo has changed those plans.

Daniel Bryan vs John Cena:

Current creative plans for the future WWE title stories are that Daniel Bryan will win at Money In The Bank and will announce that he wants to cash in at SummerSlam.

Backstage incident:

An incident between Daniel Bryan and Triple H has been keeping the dirt sheets excited all week, and now the two sides have spoken out about what happened.

Daniel Bryan was very upset that his match vs Randy Orton was stopped after he was hurt, it was the first time in his career he had not been able to complete a match. When he went back behind the curtain he furiously challenged Triple H on his decision which led to a heated argument between the two men.

They apologised to each other via Twitter on Tuesday, and now WWE.Com have explored the incident, Daniel Bryan told them that... 

"I've never had a match stopped on me my entire career in over 13 years. I understand where he's coming from, they're trying to protect their talent. We're both very passionate guys... it's just guys who love this business, who love this industry, who have conflicting ideas about what should have happened. And that's that, we've settled our differences now, we're on good terms, so I can't say anything more than that."

Triple H said the incident was heated, but they had put it behind them.

Roster cuts:

WWE have confirmed roster cuts are planned for NXT stars. Some of those facing the chop are Richie Steamboat and J Bronson who are both suffering from long term injuries.

Performance Center:

The Performance center will open on July 11.
