"I don't know, I thought you got to pick but I don't think you do. I don't know, they haven't asked me. They did notify me today that they'll make the person who'll induct me public in the next week or two. My guess is, who I asked for, was Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin, or John Cena. I just wanted to have the guys that made the most impact in the business and I think those three have. I look up to all three and they're all incredible wrestlers and all had hugely successful careers. Those are the ones I asked for and I did also asked for, if possible, Brock Lesnar. Brock is a man of very few words."

Extreme Rules:

Raw will get this years Extreme Rules special.

New movie:

The police told me not to come back, that they thought I would get killed. It was that great. We set an attendance record at Staples Center [in Los Angeles] a few weeks later, and because of Eddie Guerrero, he molded my character. Eddie wanted my character to work. If it had been anybody but Eddie Guerrero, you would have never heard of JBL. But because of Eddie, I had that incredible run, and it was just the right time. I had the perfect foil in this incredible Latino star, who was one of my best friends."

Tom Phillips:

This is having a negative impact on her business life, as her former husband has closed down the website their joint businesses share, meaning she can't trade, other than via a temporary address she has set up. She says they will also split their two companies in due time.

Match on?:

Triple H will work some live events before Mania, possibly meaning his match vs Seth Rollins is on.

Alum's coming home?:

The Hardy Boyz will be free of TNA on Wednesday and speculation is rising that they will be returning to WWE. The brothers have told bookers on the indie scene they will not be taking dates from May of this year.

TNA are not giving up though, talks are still ongoing, but it is rumoured that the extreme brothers are not overly happy with the new power structure backstage, as Jeff Jarrett and his team would be much more hands on creatively, and Matt may lose some of his freedoms. Matt had openly backed Billy Corgan as his preferred new owner last summer, but that did not come to pass. However they are also victims to late contract offers. They had agreed to enter talks for new deals in December, but only received them this week. They were also reportedly upset with a new clause that their bookings would have to be made via the TNA office, and 10% of all their earnings on the indies would go to TNA.

A deciding factor could be the loss of creative freedom he has enjoyed in recent years, and the end of his broken gimmick, which has won widespread acclaim, as WWE would be unlikely to continue with it.

Jarrett calls for HOF:

Double J has joined calls for Chyna to enter the WWE HOF...

"The Hall of Fame is subjective and the buck stops with one man like every other decision in that organisation. It's Vince's opinion. Everyone can have an opinion, its truly worthless when it comes to the Hall of Fame. If Vince wants them in, they're in and if out, they're out. When you talk about importance of being ground-breaking, Chyna certainly was so unique and instrumental - she was one of those characters that defined the Attitude Era, so the simple answer is absolutely."

Hardy hints at return:

Matt Hardy made an interesting comment today...

"I will DELETE the Bucks of Youth on April 1st at ROH, and all of MeekMahan's tag teams will follow."

He has also closed down his personal webstore.

Heyman blasts ECW old boy:

In reference to CW Anderson criticising him earlier this week...

''As we sit here about 2 enjoy Korean BBQ, I decided 2 go against how I usually handle wannabes who like 2 name drop (after 16 years, no less)... I saw an interview in which #CWAnderson claims I was in LA shooting #Rollerball instead of trying to save #ECW back in 2000 .... It's absurd that people have done nothing to talk about in 17 years so they are constrained to address their heartbreak about 2000/01 ... Of course, that makes me an even bigger schmuck to feel compelled to ANSWER these moronic comments, but the food is cooking, so ... (1) Rollerball was never filmed in LA. It was filmed in Montreal and then in Yonkers, NY. (2) My scenes in Rollerball were shot in June and July, 2001. Not when #ECW was in business. I was actually booked for the movie thru @WWE. (3) The insinuation that I was shooting movie(s) in LA instead of trying to save what was my life (at the time) (#ECW) is just ignorant. (4) Not only did I desperately try every angle 2 save the company, I put in every last dime I personally had, even when the ship was sinking. (5) I have zero regrets over any of this. I went bankruipt trying to save #ECW, and have never regretted my investment and never will. (6) So when someone repeats a blatant lie about my comitment at the time to the product to which I devoted seven years of my life, it's nothing short of ignorance on full display for the entire world to see. It's a shame I waited this long to correct the record on this BS that has lingered for all these years, but I remember sitting on the @WWE plane with @VinceMcMahon and someone had said something so outlandish about him, and everyone was trying to get Vince to reply. He turned to me and said, "I focus on revenue-producing public statements. Anything else is a waste of my time, and my time is limited. I have things to do." I also sit there every week and see @BrockLesnar laugh at every rumor, every innuendo, every claim made about him. And when I say "so, Brock ... is there a retort?" He laughs out loud and says "not a chance!" So today, I decided to lower myself and answer a claim that people w/ nothing to do seem to repeat with no regard for accuracy. I accept all criticism 4 this diatribe, and confess I should have been above it all, and offer no excuses as to why I decided to address it. Oh I almost forgot. To answer #CW's nagging self-question as to why he was paid $75 a night when others had more (at least on paper) ... That was the going rate for a lower level stooge who reported on the locker room to Dreamer. But admittedly, he was a damn good one. PROPS!''

Rollins ruled out?:

WWE are saying that Seth Rollins will likely miss WrestleMania.

New show:

An 8 part wrestling drama called 'Heels' has been commissioned. It tells the story of two rival brothers who fight for supremacy after their father dies, leaving the family run promotion leaderless.

Meanwhile The Rock has started filming his third season of 'Ballers'.

Why WWE won:

Jeff Jarrett has shared his view on how Vince killed WCW...

"Oil and water, if you want to compare the two. Vince McMahon, he's third generation, and his enormous empire, he ran it much like the territories. The buck stopped with him, he made the decisions, that's how a company should be run. Feast or famine, right or wrong, the WWE is driven off his decision making and always has been. WCW was a corporate world. Eric Bischoff, I have a lot of respect for the guy, because he not only survived, but he thrived in a corporate environment that was so difficult to succeed in. Was he the only decision maker? Not at all. It's a corporate entity, and a publicly traded company, so it's really not a knock on Turner and Time Warner and that organisation, but that's the reality. An entertainment property, specifically a wrestling property, you have to have a decision maker. You have to have somebody who sits on top, that is guiding the ship, that makes the decisions. They were polar opposites, and in the end, the WCW money got them in first place for a while, with Eric's leadership and the hot talent, but in the end, Vince destroyed them."

Roddy Strong talks WWE calling:

"I had been wrestling all over the world for 15 years, and I had been a mainstay in Ring of Honor for almost 13 years. I had a tryout with WWE before in 2014. I've communicated with Regal. Just the timing of everything. I got a phone call from them. They were interested, and obviously I was interested, and here I am today. It left me speechless for a second but also very excited. I had already planned to end my chapter in Ring of Honor. I was going to go back to doing the indies more often and possibly working more of a full-time schedule in Japan. If I didn't get the chance to go to WWE, that would have been a bummer to me, but I was just going to continue to do the best I could and continue my legacy. To actually get the call. I was leaving the gym, and I was just talking about it that day. I'm going to go do my thing, but if the opportunity comes, I'm going to jump on it, and if it doesn't, I'm very happy with the career I've had. It was perfect. It left me speechless that it was finally here, the opportunity was finally here, and now I got to do my best to take advantage of it."

Mania match in trouble:

Big Show says he is growing tired of waiting for Shaq to make up his mind about WrestleMania, and says he thinks he is bottling it...

"I mean, here's the thing. We shot this off at the ESPY Awards, Shaq said he's in, I thought this would be a good match for fans to see two giants go at it. And I see Shaq riding around, singing karaoke and stopping in at Krispy Kreme. I'm like, "Hey! If you're not gonna take it serious, find something else to do!" I've given 22 years of my blood, sweat and tears to this business and I'm doing this favor to Shaq. This could be my last WrestleMania. He needs to step up. I'm not trying to be mean, but my time's valuable. I get it. I don't have foot powder commercials, car commercials, insurance commercials. I get it. He's a busy man. But if he's gonna step in the ring, in my business, at our biggest event of the year? Show me you're serious. If anything, talk a little trash. Let me know you're motivated. Because right now? I just get the feeling he's terrified. He shot his mouth off, he's in over his head and he's trying to back out. So just let me know what's going on, brother."

And Vince, you are a f--king piece of s--t, I'm going to say it right here, for everything that you did that night to go out there and f--king create that circumstance. And you should hate yourself when you look in the mirror, and there are no excuse for it. 'Oh, we were scared of a lawsuit'. f--k you, guys. You guys should be f--king shut down. "Absolutely Hogan was under the influence at the time of the comments, but still no excuse, to me, if you really are racist, you have to let it slip more than one time. I mean, if you're really a racist, people have got to see it over and over and over and over and over. The devastating thing to Hulk, more than anything, is what happened with his affiliation with here. That's the thing that has tore him up more than anything. We talk every day or every other day and he watches RAW every Monday night. I'm being honest with you. He watches. He goes, 'they did this' and 'I saw this', 'oh my God, did you see that?' 'Yeah, Hulk, I did.' And I know what he's going through, but sometimes I feel like I want to say, 'Hulk, get over it. You've had a great career. It has been awesome. People still love you. Today's News

Hall Of Famer remembers murder attempt:

Stan Hansen says someone once tried to shoot him dead for the legendary Bruno botch...

"I stayed around and worked, but everybody's waiting for Bruno to come back. And wow, it was just awesome. It was a lot of heat there. And finally Jerry Blackwell, we were in some little spot show and some guy came up and he had a gun in the crook of his arm. And he came up and started saying something and I looked down at the gun. And Jerry was following me out the door and Jerry didn't see the gun. He grabbed the guy's arm and he turned like that and I was right at the back door. I went on out the back door and there were milk bottles, I'll never forget, milk bottles, at this building. I picked up a bunch of bottles and I said, 'if the guy comes out, I'm going to bust them over his head' or whatever. Jerry came out and he was a white as a sheet because he didn't see the gun until the guy turned on him. Nothing happened, but, in my book, he maybe saved my life."

Bella's win:

The Bella Twins have won the award for best actress in a reality show.

Cody angered at indie:

Trevor Lee of TNA said ''F!ck Dusty Rhodes'' before wrestling his son Cody for PWG last night. Cody was legit angry, saying Lee had broken one of his rules. He has said since his dad's death that he did not want his name using for storyline reasons, as he did not like when it was done with Eddie Guerrero.

In another interesting moment regarding Cody, former TNA man Joey Ryan wrestled as a parody of his Stardust gimmick this weekend.

AJ Styles says TNA crushed him:

"Ring of Honor treated me real well, and New Japan treated me like a superstar. So I've got to give credit to them, who helped boost my ego a little bit because it was definitely flattened due to TNA's service. But then — doing all that and then having the opportunity to come to WWE and… you know, whether people like it or not, WWE is easy, the biggest - you know, when it comes to wrestling, it doesn't get any bigger than the WWE. And being there means you've finally made it."

Bring them back:

WWE are surveying their fans on who they would like to see come back, possibly hinting at some of the ladies returning for Mania. Kelly Kelly, Beth Phoenix, Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson, Michelle McCool, Kaitlyn, Eve and Melina are the options.

WWE Alum hid to avoid work:

Curt Hawkins says JTG became so disillusioned with his WWE career that he would hide backstage to avoid being given terrible spots...

"We used to bust balls, like, JTG would literally hide in the locker room and just not want to… for him to be there and get his $500.00 for the day to do nothing and eat catering, and hide in the locker room is perfectly fine to him. I understand it and I don't, people get checked out, I think. And I refuse to ever be checked out. It's like, you could give me the worst situation, but as long as it's a match or something or anything on television, I'd do anything. If you tell me I'm on the show, I'm going to go out there and do whatever you tell me to the best of my abilities. I would never not want to participate."

He's not a guy who's going to to throw fists and mix it up. But what he has been able to endure for 12, 13 years. Nobody has ever done that. John Cena is the man. I don't know anybody else who has gone 13 years on top...I'm not going to say he's was greatest athlete in WWE history, but he will go down as the greatest of all time in WWE history."

Billie Kay talks relationship with Peyton Royce:

"We went to the same high school. I was three years ahead of her. Westfields Sports High, I was there for basketball, and she was there for dancing. We actually didn't get along at first. We would see each other in line for all the shows WWE would do in Australia, all the signings they would do. One time Mickie James was signing near our hometown, and I remember Peyton being like four or five people in front of me in line, and I had been there about five hours at this point. So we used to have a little silent competition as to who was the biggest WWE fan."

Later in the day it was announced that she was not officially deceased as yet, but will be before the end of the day. She has suffered a heart attack and is brain dead. There is nothing medics can do for her, and her life support will be discontinued this evening.

Sadly it was not the only loss. WWE Hall Of Famer George The Animal Steele, who has spent the last few days in a hospice, died this morning aged 79.

Gillberg recalls WrestleMania misery:

Remember the WrestleMania 17 gimmick battle royal from 2001? Well that night was supposed to be the Mania debut of the one and only Gillberg. He was actually a late substitute into the match after a fake death report about one of those announced for the bout, Corporal Kirchner, but never showed. It was announced that he had gotten lost on the way to the arena. For the first time since the man himself has revealed what really happened, and says his ambition to get his Mania moment has not diminished...

"I made it to WrestleMania one time and I made it to the curtain and I had three seconds to go and they stopped me. I was standing getting ready to go out of the curtain for the Gimmick Battle Royal and they stopped me three seconds before I walked through the curtain and said sorry you can't go. They thought Bill was coming in for the first time and they didn't know how he would react. They just kind of freaked out. I understand the business but you want to talk about crushing man, it killed me. It was a hard one to take and ever since then I want to go back. I've got to make it through that curtain. That's why I am now doing #GillbergWrestleMania on social media. Everything is #GillbergWrestleMania please lets get me on WrestleMania and lets do this."

NXT star talks PPV debut:

Tye Dillinger has discussed his Royal Rumble appearance...

''I don't know if I could fully mentally prepare myself for that moment. I've replayed it over and over in my mind countless times and even now, it still feels surreal. Once I found out that I had officially been entered in the Royal Rumble, I took some time to myself to sit down and try to comprehend what was going to take place later that night. I couldn't. All I could do was reflect on the past 15 years of my career, the paths I took at various times and the people who had helped me get to the point of performing in front of over 52,000 people at the 30th annual Royal Rumble. There have been many ups and downs for me and, to be frank, more downs. But in those 15 years, I've learned to understand that anything worth chasing isn't easy and takes time. That one moment in the Royal Rumble Match, when I entered at No. 10, made every up, down and hardship absolutely worth it.''
