Today's News

TNA lose another veteran:

Kazraian worked his last TNA dates over the weekend and has now left the promotion. He spent 11 years with the group. TNA say the same of Kazarian, as they said of Christopher Daniels. They feel they cannot justify the amount they were paying him.

NXT:

WWE have added some new NXT profiles to their website...

Bull Dempsey.

Marcus Louis. Marcus is the Frenchman that was signed after a very riske promo, full of double entendre that had the whole group collapsing in fits of laughter.

Tye Dillinger. Tye is former WWE star Gavin Spears.

Veronica Lane.

Lesnar begs UFC:

Dana White has claimed Brock Lesnar ''Begged'' him to make his friend Pat Berry retire from the Octogon after he had suffered a number of losses. White says he refused, as Mr. Barry was a grown man.

Austin vs Bischoff:

Stone Cold Steve Austin had Eric Bischoff on his podcast this week, and could not resist challenging him on why he fired him from WCW, whilst he was injured. Bischoff said he wanted Austin back on TV even though he was hurt, but whenever the office called he refused to take the call, citing one conversation where Tony Schiavone phoned and spoke to his wife, and could hear SCSA telling her he did not want to talk to them in the background. Bischoff says he was forced into the decision, and Austin conceded he may have done the same if that were true, but that he had no memory of that phone call.

Batista:

Batista has landed a role in a new movie, or to be specific, a rehashing of an 80's classic. He will star with UFC man George St. Pierre in ''Kickboxer''.

Vader on HOF:

Vader says he heard rumours WWE were going to offer him Hall Of Fame induction a couple of years ago, but as yet nothing has come of it, he adds that he wants, and feels he deserves to be inducted in the future...

"I heard rumblings about it a couple of years ago, but I've not heard anything for a while now. I would really like for that to happen, I think I've earned it. Yokozuna, Bam Bam Bigelow, King Kong Bundy and myself would be considered super-heavyweights, and I would rank myself very high out of that group, and there is a time in my career in the early nineties where I considered myself to be the best big man."

Raw tease:

* Will we find out what Bray Wyatt's message for John Cena means?

* Will Zeb Colter continue to be a "lemon" this week?

* What does Triple H have in store for The Shield next?

* Will anyone try to stop Rusev's dominance?

* Will Daniel Bryan be ready if Kane strikes again?

NXT releases:

Danny Burch was released after WWE lost interest in him following a knee injury, his age was also an issue, WWE are strongly focusing on youth, and he is 32. He says he felt isolated after his return, and knew the writing was on the wall.

Mason Ryan's release was a shock to many in WWE, due to Vince McMahon being a fan of his, and his wanting to make Mason a top babyface in WWE due to his physique. However NXT were growing frustrated at his lack of progress in the ring, he was improving too slowly, it seems the door is open for a return for the Welshman, as they praised his attitude and described him as very likeable.

Daniel Bryan:

WWE sources have responded to stories about Daniel Bryan not being over with fans, but rather his chant is. They say Daniel will be pushed as the number 2 face (Behind John Cena) for the rest of this year.

JR on WWE show?:

It looks like Jim Ross has turned down a spot on Legends House 2, he tweeted...

"I have no interest in being on Legends House whatsoever. I don't have six weeks to devote to the production."

TNA financial worries:

TNA almost lost their crew last week. Their crew threatened to walk out after a huge blow up over money owed by the promotion in wages. An ultimatum was made, that if the production staff were not paid on the day then they were all walking out. This led to TNA officials writing cheques to appease the situation. However the incident has increased concern for the promotions future.
