Dixie Carter is in meetings today, with the view to get a video game deal for their brand, they have not had a game since 2008, and are obviously missing out on a massive income potential.

Greg Valentine spoils HOF annoucement:

Greg The Hammer Valentine, who was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2004, has possibly spoilt an upcoming announcement on this years class, when asked his thoughts on the 2013 class, he also shared his memories of an as yet unnamed possible inductee, Jake The Snake Roberts...

"They have been trying to get this deal done with Bruno Sammartino for a long, long time. They finally got it done. Bruno should have been in years ago, but I think it will be better this way, and Bob Backlund, who I had all of those hour long matches with, it's going to be fun to see him get inducted. He certainly deserves it. Mick Foley for all the crazy stuff he did, like falling off the top of that cage. He's the Evel Knievel of wrestling. Trish, she's just one of the best girl wrestlers ever. I heard a rumor that Jake 'The Snake' Roberts may go in. He was a phenomenal wrestler, a second generation wrestler like myself. His mind and that gimmick with the snake, everybody knows that name. I don't know if this is his year, but I would certainly like to see it happen.''

He also says he does not enjoy wrestling any more, partly because he misses being in the ring, but mainly because he does not like the modern way of working...

"I don't watch much of it, because I would like to be in there doing it. I would like to show some of these guys to slow it down, and do it right. I don't like it like I used to.''

WWE have given up on getting the record for most masks worn, by dropping the Rey Mysterio vs Sin Cara match for WrestleMania 29, but they have now asked if they can set a record for the biggest Harlem Shake, they intend to get all the fans up and dancing at some point during the event.

Also on Mania, WWE are considering switching a match, instead of Sheamus vs Mark Henry, they may have Sheamus vs Wade Barrett and Mark Henry will go against Chris Jericho.

WrestleMania 31:

WWE have asked the City of Orlando to put forward a bid to host WrestleMania, hoping the Citrus Bowl will be the venue, Florida hosted Mania very recently, in 2008 to great praise, However early talk is they may not be able to prepare a bid so soon, so Mania 32 is more likely.

Possible WWE release:

I am currently working on some updates over on our sister page Shaggy's Wrestling Page, and last night whilst working on the WWE Referee's roster I noticed that long time referee Jack Doan had been removed from their website, I cannot find any conformation of his status, but deletion is not a good sign.

He has been there for 20 years+, so maybe he has decided to call it a day, or maybe he has moved into a backstage role IDK...

I will let you know as soon as I do...
