Wedding back on:

John Cena says he and Nikki Bella have overcome a problem that put their wedding in doubt, and the ceremony is back on.

New championships:

As well as that new gold William Regal has announced the NXT North American Championship will be unveiled during the pre Mania NXT special. A 6 man ladder match will decide the first owner. ECIII, Ricochet, Adam Cole, Velveteen Dream, Lars Sullivan and Killian Dain will compete for the title.

Fan incident:

The fan that was shot outside of the WWE PC in 2015, after a long campaign of harassment is once again targeting WWE. He was ranting about WWE to fans waiting to enter the NXT show last night, and told them only if Vince McMahon himself shot him, would he stop going after the company. Security chased him, but he got into a waiting car and made off. He has since made a series of bizarre social media posts barking at dogs and repeatedly referring to Hacksaw Jim Duggan's gentalia, where he says he will be back to continue his campaign tonight.

Injury:

Bobby Fish needs surgery on his injured knee.

Konnan is having hip replacement surgery today.

Rey Mysterio talks WWE return:

"WWE tried to keep it a secret and I'm sure only the people that had to know knew about it, but it came down to a point where Hurricane and myself were on a bus. The next thing you know, we were told that we were okay to walk in there and put whatever we need to put together, so we walk in there probably a good hour before the actual show started and the Rumble was one of the first segments of the pay-per-view, so some of the guys were able to catch drift and say, 'hi'. Other guys were busy running around I didn't get a chance to see until we were in the ring, so it was without a doubt one of the best feelings that I've had in my career, especially because I've been gone almost three years. I definitely wanted for the fans to see something different, something retro, and, at the same time, take care of my nutrition. I've been working out, which, at the end of the day, it helps me out as I get older not put a lot of stress on my knees and just overall feeling good. I think when that call came in and I eventually showed up, and I walked out, man, it was definitely breathtaking to just hear the ovation. My adrenaline didn't stop probably till I got back to my hotel room, which was in Jersey. Yeah, it was incredible."

Alum retires because he can't get work:

Rich Swann says no indie bookers will touch him because of his domestic violence incident with his wife. He says this has left him no choice but to retire from the sport after completing his scheduled dates, but he went down swinging. He went after CZW star Nick Gage, who had spent 5 years in jail for robbing a bank but had been booked by the same promoters that would not hire him.

Ultimate deletion:

WWE are taping ultimate deletion today, no word on when it will air.

Saudi>Canada:

WWE have cancelled shows in Canada to take the full roster to Saudi Arabia for the 50 man Royal Rumble match.

Heath going global:

Heath Slater is opening a wrestling school in China.

WWE TV:

WWE have signed a new TV deal in Spain.

WWE release:

WWE have dropped Abbey Laith, FKA Kimber Lee from their PC. She signed in 2016 but has hardly been used.
