Today's News

Network want WWE back:

DirecTV are hoping to mend their damaged relationship with WWE, and want to bring the WWE Pay Per View schedule back onto their pay to view channel.

Raw SPOILER!!!:

If recent WWE creative plans are still accurate, Naomi will be next to challenge for the Diva's title. This would mean she would win the Diva's battle royal in the UK, on Monday.

WWE TM:

WWE have applied for a number of new TradeMarks, including "Superfriends Crew," New Face of Fear (Bray Wyatt), Halloween Havoc, StarCade, Lone Wolf (Baron Corbin), The Vigilante (Sting), WWE Nation, Anti-Diva (Paige), Athletic Diva, and The Beast Within (Brock Lesnar).

WrestleMania 32:

WWE are planning on going with The Rock vs Triple H at Mania 32, instead of Rock vs Brock. This would be dependent on UFC granting permission for the use of Ronda Rousey at the same event.

Brother Love:

Bruce (Brother Love) Prichard is now selling cars for Volvo, in Texas.

WWE vs Fans:

WWE talent are reportedly bitter and angry with some sections of the WWE fanbase for their treatment of Roman Reigns, which they feel cost him his WWE title run. Some of the talent are disappointed that WWE spent a year building Reigns up, only to change the payoff because of a vocal section of their crowd not liking the angle.

Why AJ quit:

AJ Lee decided she could no longer work for WWE when they had their doctor Chris Amman file a lawsuit against her husband, however, WWE refused to accept her resignation, and would not grant her a release. So she decided the only way out of her contract was to retire from the promotion. WWE still played hard, making it clear they would retain her services contractually, if not physically, and would not allow her to work for any other wrestling promotion during her WWE contract.

Foley pops for new Hall Of Famer:

''THE YEAR OF THE WOMAN!

I'm never going to call Madusa "Alundra Blayze" - even if that's the name she went into the WWE Hall of Fame as. She's Madusa to me - always has been, always will be. Even as she was giving her acceptance speech as Aluandra Blayze, I found myself talking about her as Madusa as her speech sunk in, and it slowly dawned on me just how important her words were. I went from saying "I don't know about this Madusa speech" and "Madusa's being a little confrontational here" to "Madusa's making some good points" to "way to go Madausa" to "wow, Madusa just gave one of the best speeches I've ever heard. Ten days after the fact, I not only feel as if Madusa gave one of the best speeches, but one of the most important as well. Hopefully, at this point, some of you out there are jumping to my defense, saying "but what about your Hall of Fame speech Mick?" I know alot of you enjoyed my speech two years ago, and I enjoyed giving it. Over the years, I've enjoyed a great number of HOF speeches, from Bret Hart's to Ric Flair's to Jake Roberts to Butch and Luke....whoa, yay! But for me, like so many others, the Hall of Fame speech was about finding closure, expressing appreciation, and entertaining. Madusa's did more. From my perspective, she did find closure - urging some WWE loyalists and old-schoolers who hadn't quite forgiven her for dumping the WWE Women's title in the trash (yeah, I'm including myself in that group) to let go of the past, while simultaneously opening up a can of figurative whoop-ass and challenging its future. For me, the speech was a landmark event - a turning point from which the term "Diva" suddenly seemed worn and a little insulting. "Diva" was a great marketing idea that feels in 2015, like its outlived its usefulness. LET'S MAKE 2015 THE YEAR OF THE WOMAN! WWE has lost one of its most unique and valuable assets with the retirement of AJ Lee. But anyone who has seen the recent WWE NXT product knows there are women bursting at the seam of progress - ready to become the next AJ, the next Paige, the new Natalya. LET'S CREATE A WOMEN'S DIVISION! LET'S MAKE 2015 THE YEAR OF THE WOMAN!. Perhaps Madusa can be their GM.''

Rikishi vs The World:

Rikishi did not only upset Too Cool by demanding they be banned from the HOF ceremony, but he also had Samu excluded. After Sika, and other family members complained about it, WWE decided they would ask Samu to come, but by then the damage was done, and he refused to attend.

Von Erich legacy continues:

Kevin Von Erich has announced WWE will offer his sons trials at their next camp in May.

Khali coming back:

Great Khali says he did not leave WWE, he is just taking a break to set up his wrestling school in India. He claims he will be back soon.

ESPN attacked over WWE coverage:

Media writers have criticised ESPN strongly, over their attempts to legitimise WrestleMania.
