Raw and SmackDown have a promotion right on their tail pushing them to do more. That promotion is going to run a show on Saturday night at the Barclays Center, and it's called NXT. NXT is going to set a bar, and the main roster is going to have to step up to that bar. And trust me, those are all people that are coming from NXT, and now the kids here are pushing them to do the same thing that they pushed the people in front of them to do."

"If you have heat, that's what a locker room leader does, he speaks up for the rest of the bunch. It's tough when you have so many cooks in the kitchen -- I'm not the only guy who would speak up. But as the man that I am before I was in this business I would have spoken up if something was wrong, to what I am today within our industry. I am a locker room leader. I'd like to think I've been afforded the keys to the car and I drive that thing around every once in a while. But I'm going to take care of it. I said this a long time ago, and it's funny because I said it to CM Punk, but my whole goal is to leave this place better than I found it. I meant that. This business runs... people can say whatever they want about me, I was born in this business, this business runs through my veins. If you cut my arm, it's WWE that will leak out of that. I was fed since I can remember, from my dad and if my dad wasn't there than another man in our family stepped up and he was most likely making the money through this business. I've experienced a lot of hardships and a lot of great moments throughout my life because of this business. But the bottom line is it's fed me my entire life. I don't care who you are, you will not disrespect it, not in front of me, not today, not any day that I'm alive."

"I would never want to limit someone's growth or their opportunities, but when Vince brought it up to me, I said the one person we can't afford to lose is Asuka. You could take everybody else you want to take – and trust me, he did – but I need her as anchor. If I lose her and everybody else, I'm doomed."

"1,000% yes, she should be in. I don't think the X-rated porn should have anything to do with it; I really don't. The way I look at that is she should be honored with what she did in professional wrestling; who cares what she did to make a living? Who cares? Somebody who moves on from professional wrestling do millions of things; from opening a business, to become teachers, or whatever, but she chose this, big deal! Let's give her the honor for what she did in the professional wrestling business. Not only was she one of my best friends towards the end, up until the time she died, but I think with the strides that she made in this business, I believe she really opened up the doors for women's wrestling; not for Divas, but for the women's wrestling industry. She was wrestling men and it was believable because she was such a big personality, such a huge human being, and she should be rewarded for what she did. Should her porn career matter after her wrestling career? Absolutely not!"

Shinsuke's my best chance getting into that Main Event picture at Wrestlemania. That's why he wins the championship. I hope he wins it so I can get in there and wrestle him at Wrestlemania."

"A lot of factors played into that."I'm 35, I've got a wife, I've got two kids and I've got a family that I have to put first before my decisions in life. That took a good chunk of the decision-making process, what is best for them. You know, uprooting my family and two young children, that was a huge part of it. It was tough but family first at the end of the day. Like I said, I've got a 6-year old and an 8-month old and a wife, so those factors outweigh anything."

Today's News

WWE go cold on Rousey:

Triple H says there have been no recent talks with Ronda Rousey about a WWE career...

"I don't know that I ever once looked out at the crowd and saw her without this ear-to-ear grin on her face. She was like a little kid after every break there would be when I would talk to her -- like a little kid. What that means? Unsure. What that means down the line? I think she's unsure. I think Rousey is in a transition period in her life and is in a great place. I think she's getting married soon or something. Look, she has got a lot going on, but I'm all about creating opportunities. That's what the Mae Young Classic is all about -- creating opportunities for these women that they never had before. If Ronda Rousey wants that opportunity, I'd be happy to talk to her about it."

Fuku NJPW:

Low Ki says he left NJPW because they wanted him to work an event in Fukushima, the site of a nuclear incident during the Tsunami disaster in Japan. He felt it would not be safe to do so...

"I had put my foot down about wrestling in Fukushima. I did my research, both in the country as far as media and news outlets, and outside of the country as well, to get more of an informed position on Fukushima. I didn't want to wrestle there. At that time, I was the IWGP Champion, and I spoke with the company and said I don't feel comfortable with this, I don't want to do that. We had a meeting, I believe a week later, where I was informed that the president thought that if I couldn't make that event, which would be scheduled for the following February, because it's a large television market, that I would be disqualified from performing. And I thought 'Well ok, I just won't perform at that one event', and they came back with 'no, you're going to be cut for the entire year'. So to me, that was utter disrespect, only because the first ten events I was a part of in 2012, we sold the events out. I like to think that my contribution to the company led to positive results. That was a complete disregard, and my stance was based off of safety, and it wasn't necessarily based off of me.''

Johnny said 'Go to Japan for six months to a year, we'll bring you back and hopefully everyone will have forgotten the character and we can do something new with you.' I told Johnny cool and WWE sets me up to go to New Japan, got paid really well, but I got really bitter and pissed off. I then decide, you know what? I'm going to shove this up their ass and go to TNA and be 'The Blueprint' Matt Morgan and show them exactly what they missed out on."
