A recent interview in which John Cena said he would love to see Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 30, but that he was too old to wrestle has convinced some in the wrestling journalism world that the match between the two will happen next year. It has been suggested that there is no way WWE or Cena would openly insult Hogan publicly if they were in talks with him to return unless it was leading to something happening between them further down the road.

"While Philadelphia expressed a great interest in hosting WrestleMania in 2015 and 2016, the fact is the city did not submit a formal proposal because the facilities necessary to host ancillary events weren't available. Philadelphia remains a strong market for WWE in all aspects of our business."

How many champs do you want?:

WWE have polled it's fans on how many top champions they should have and 1 is leading 68% to 32%.

TNA sale:

The story has quietened in the past couple of weeks, but the ''Major celebrity'' interested in buying is still hoping to take over the promotion on two conditions, firstly he wants to pay a fair price, and secondly he wants complete control.

Sting:

Sting is being advertised for a date in January that is after the expiration of his current deal. It is possible he is working extra dates so TNA have time to write him out of the stories properly, or he may have once again decided to snub WWE and stay for a further year with the promotion. There is no talk of him preparing to retire, but that is also of course a possibility.

Big Show attacks Airline:

"The level of incompetence that @Delta airlines exhibits is staggering."

Hulk Hogan remembers Andre The Giant:

"Against Andre, I was scared…I was scared to death. I was hoping that he was going to be nice to me and be in a good mood. I miss him a lot…we spent a lot of time together. Once he started liking me – it took about seven years to win him over and once he stopped beating me up all the time – we got along great. But when you get slammed from seven-foot-four, it definitely stings."

Bret Hart remembers shitty match with Yokozuna:

''When Yokozuna climbed to the second rope to deliver the Banzai drop, he looked like he had fallen in a plate of pea soup. Thankfully, I moved out of the way, but a brown and wet butt print was left on the mat. That was one of the grossest things I ever had to go through as a wrestler".

WWE on wrestling murder:

WWE have released the following statement in response to the jailing of a 13 year boy that was charged for the murder of his 5 year old Sister by using what police described as ''WWE style moves''...

"WWE supports Judge Janzen's summation that the 13-year-old boy absolutely knew that he was hurting his 5-year-old little sister. Therefore, it is illogical to conclude that the brutal and ultimately fatal beating of a 5-year-old little girl by a teenager could be confused with imitation of WWE moves seen on TV."

The company were furious at the time of the crime with the police using their name in describing what the boy had done.

AJ Styles to WWE?:

According to Jim Ross, there is very little chance...

"Will WWE sign AJ Styles? I'd have zero clue on that one but I would say it's a long shot at best. Not because AJ isn't an outstanding talent, because he is, but I get the feeling WWE wants to create new stars and those new stars are going to come from the WWE Performance Center exclusively."

QUESTION OF THE DAY...

What should Sting do in 2014, stay with TNA for another year, leave and join WWE, or retire???
