Cameron...

"What you see is kind of what you get. You get a group of seven talented, powerful girls that are on there, but in our daily lives we all have our ups and downs. You see the life, even the glitz and glam, but also the struggle. Being in a competitive environment and just seeing— no matter where you come from or what your race are— there are only a few spots. It's just amazing that the fans finally get to see what we do in our lives and see us in the ring and outside the ring."

Naomi...

"It's real. From the time we go to sleep to the time we go home you are seeing our real lives."

On racism in WWE...

Naomi...

"Actually, I feel that in the WWE everyone is given the same opportunities to succeed based on merit, and I think the crowd likes who they like. There are people that like us and there are people that won't like us."

TNA recent release talks state of the company:

Christian York said...

"To be honest I think the company's just trying to get through, so you have to make changes. WWE has to make changes with what they want to do the day of the show. You can't just say this is how it's going to be and six months from now this is how we're going to get there, because things change. Guys get injuries, it's ever changing. The guys sitting at home, everybody has the answers, right? The ones that don't do it, everybody has the answers, and everybody thinks it's easy, but it's not. To try and run a company, that's trying to do something that big, that's not an easy thing to do. You have a lot of outside things going on, it's not just about wrestling."

QUESTION OF THE DAY...

Is racism still an issue in wrestling???

Today's News

Hulk Hogan:

The contractual details of Hulk Hogan appearing in WWE 2K14 have been confirmed, he signed a contract with THQ in 2008, which now belongs to 2K after they bought out THQ when they went bust last year, that contract had a renewal clause in it, which 2K have utilised to be able to include the Hulkster in this year's game.

Most pointless reunion show... Ever?!:

E! have recorded a reunion party for the cast of Total Diva's... Why?, not only is Total Diva's a current show, all of the stars of it still work together for WWE... IDK.

WWE wedding:

The Miz and Maryse will marry next February.

Will WWE do for him what they have just done for Cody and allow him an extended break?.

Dolph Ziggler heat:

WWE are punishing Dolph Ziggler for something he said at SummerSlam, An official said he is ''Paying the price for saying the wrong thing''. Dolph is developing a habit of being very outspoken, attacking WWE, John Cena and Randy Orton in recent interviews, but is not known which interview caused the problems he is currently having.

Total Diva's twist:

WWE plan on a major twist for series 2 of Total Diva's, the rumour is that The Bella's would swap boyfriends in a soap opera style story that would see one of the Bella's pretend to be the other and then seduce her Sister's guy (E.G. Brie seducing Cena) without him realizing. Then when that came out the other Sister would do the same to get revenge, and eventually they would swap partners and would feud on the show and probably on WWE TV too.

My brain hurts at the mere thought of it...

Other changes, AJ Lee is expected to join the cast, and if the relationship between Randy Orton and Jo Jo is legit (Pic) they will also be added to the show for extra star power.

Royal Rumble:

WWE have already booked 2 spots for next year's Royal Rumble match, they have locked spots in for John Cena and Sheamus to make surprise returns (Injury allowing). These two along with the addition of Sting (Contract talks pending) could be bad news for Jake The Snake, if all 3 are able to compete at the Royal Rumble, WWE would not have many spots left for returning legends taking guest spots in the match. Jake is a legend who has set his heart on a spot in the match next year.

Chris Jericho stars in ''Perverted'' web series:

Here are all 6 episodes of the show ''Jon Davis Gets a Sex Robot''. Jericho appears in episodes 2-4...

Today's News

Dolph Ziggler on career frustrations:

Despite admitting frustrations with his WWE status, he says he will not switch to TNA...

"I love this, I love doing this. I have no desire to switch companies or go to UFC or anything like that. I'm very ambitious, and I'm very outspoken about where I should be and where I need to be in the WWE. I love that I've never been one handed anything - ever. If I would've have been handed things, I don't know if I would've been able to enjoy it as much. Every time I turn a corner, it seems like the rug is being taken underneath me. It's like 'Hey, great job!' and then nothing. It's like 'Hey, wow, look what you can do!' and I'll say 'Thanks, boss!' and then there's nothing. And so, it's hard (to stay upbeat), but you have to deal with it and it makes me hungrier every single day knowing that I've scratched and clawed for everything I've earned in this business."

Triple H on becoming WWE's COO:

When asked why he was given the responsibilities he now has, he said...

"Ask Vince McMahon. Was it because I was the best candidate? Because I have the best mind for the business? Whatever that reason is... it doesn't change the fact that I'm the COO of this company and I am charged with making those decisions."

TNA in trouble:

TNA chief Dixie Carter has defended the recent roster cuts and hiring of MMA fighters, She says the company have not utilized talent as well as they should, that TNA need more than one TV show, that they have been too slow in roster turn over for too long, and that hiring people She calls ''Major superstars'' will lift brand awareness.

Dixie is receiving some heat from TNA staffers though, many employees are still behind in their pay, particularly on the production and backstage side, and one employee, who had previously worked for ECW said that what is happening in TNA is very similar to the final days of Paul Heyman's group. Dixie was also criticized for withdrawing from a taping recently to go to a college football game, her loyalty to the company is been questioned widely by staff and fans alike, her interest in remaining involved has also been questioned.

There is further heat over AJ Styles, he had a contract with an annual percentage pay rise, TNA no longer want to pay that, and actually want him to take a pay cut. He has agreed to finish 2013 with the promotion but it is thought he will be looking to cut his ties in the new year. Friends say he is looking at the ''Lay of the land'', meaning he is weighing up his options.

CM Punk vs WWE:

CM Punk is not happy with his employers, criticising the office for pulling him from a long booked date at a fan convention...

"Sigh. Looks like I *am* off Nashville @WizardWorld. Three cheers for professionalism and communication. I'd take it up with them y'all."

Daniel Bryan will fulfill the gig in his place.

Cody Rhodes:

Dusty Rhodes says his Son Cody will make a statement about his future plans soon.

Total Diva's:

It has been announced that WWE will record a live episode of Total Diva's in Tampa as the finale of this series.

Diva to return:

Shaul, Daughter of Eddie and Vickie Guerrero is returning to WWE, her Mother has announced, she is moving to Orlando this week and will return to NXT as soon as possible.

Survivor Series:

Two top feuds to be featured at Survivor Series have been leaked...

* Randy Orton vs Daniel Bryan

* CM Punk vs Paul Heyman (This it seems will be an Elimination match, Team Punk vs Team Heyman).

Kassius Ohno heat:

Kassius Ohno continues to be punished for refusing to change his physique, he is jobbing on the NXT live shows, is still not being allowed to appear on NXT TV, and has also now been removed from the opening credits of NXT.

Are his WWE days numbered?

WrestleMania 32 location twist:

The cities that will hold WrestleMania's 31 and 32 were told this week, but were also served with a gagging order to keep the news secret, However, and despite denials from officials in charge of the bid, it seems Orlando will NOT host WrestleMania 32, with Dallas, Texas emerging as the likely winners of a bid they had thought to have been eliminated from weeks ago.

I will not be spending my Birthday here:

Hall Of Famer Jimmy Hart has starred in a bizarre advert for an event at Hulk Hogan's beach resort on 10/10 in Florida, you may need to bleach your eyes after viewing this, but it is a must watch...

Want to work for TNA?

The company are looking for a social media manager, to apply.

'' Experience using social media to cover high-profile live sporting events. ''

I could do that... I do do that, here...hmmm!!!

QUESTION OF THE DAY...

Has Dixie Carter given up on TNA, and if so, how much longer have they got???

Today's News

Triple H bites back:

Triple H has responded to claims he, the McMahon's and Ryback's current stories are hypocritical by portraying bullying on their programs whilst also fronting a campaign against the social problem.

He tweeted...

"OMG, someone just told me that Darth Vader is a character in a movie!!!! Silly me all this time I thought he was just a big bully #BAStar"

John Cena posts injury update:

"Gotta keep stitches in a few more days. I am beyond frustrated, but gotta do what Doc says. Adapt. Overcome''.

When did Detroit lose Mania?:

Detroit sports commissioner Dave Beachnau say's WWE informed him Detroit had been dropped from consideration to host WrestleMania 32 in June. The decision has only recently being confirmed to have been made, although WWE have not yet officially announced that the winner is Orlando in Florida, they are still debating the winner of Mania 31's host venue bid and will probably announce both at the same time.

Raw notes:

A fan in attendance at this weeks Raw has told Wrestling Inc about the fan incidents (See yesterday) as he saw them...

''When the action in the ring went outside to the announcer's right, the guys mugged for the camera a bit, which started the Ric Flair "Wooo's." When the action went back to the ring, a chant started for Hogan, to which "Hogan" responded. A security guy went over to him and asked him to sit down. The crowd then started chanting for "Savage". He responded to the crowd and the security guy went over to him. Rinse / repeat for "Jake The Snake" and "Flair," with the security guy asking them to sit down each time. The crowd went nuts for them as soon as they came down the aisle before the event began, so it really wasn't anything new for the Orton / Rhodes match. It was more of a spontaneous response to a slow starting match.''

An important segment in the Cody Rhodes story had to be scrapped due to a major production botch, Brad Maddox came to discuss the importance of the match to Cody Rhodes career before Orton entered for the bout, but somehow a TV advert for baseball caps was playing on the Tron in direct view of the camera's, so WWE decided they could not use the footage. The segment was pulled in mid flow, Cody was responding to Maddox when Referee Charles Robinson (Who must have been given a message through his earpiece) came over to Cody and explained what was wrong and took the mic from him.

In another botch the exit stories for Cody were due to start post SummerSlam but a lack of communication in creative meant they forgot about the planned angle until Cody brought it up, and they had to rush a 3 week angle into one match on Raw this week.

Jericho almost missed his WWE return:

Chris Jericho has revealed how he almost got himself arrested during a drunken night out, just hours before he made his WWE return as a surprise guest in this years Royal Rumble match. Whilst at a music event with his friend M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, he got a little too friendly, then a lot fighty with a friend of Shadows, here is the full story from the man himself...

"I was in Anaheim at the North American Music Merchants Convention, which is where all the bands go and do signing for whoever it is that you're endorsed by, and it's a really giant convention thing. Afterwards, it's just like a huge party. I was with M. Shadows from Avenged (Sevenfold), a really good friend of mine, and with a couple other guys from Avenged as well. We got completely plastered and loaded, and it ended up with me demanding that Matt's friend let me kiss him on the lips. I wouldn't leave the car, and finally when I did leave the car I chased him around the car and then jumped on the hood of the car and wouldn't let him leave. Then the cops were called, and they were gonna arrest me. I was like 'If I get arrested and thrown in the drunk bank tonight and miss the Royal Rumble, I'm probably gonna be in pretty big trouble.' So I stopped what I was doing, got in the car, and as we were driving away I punched him in the face as hard as I could. It was just like the worst feeling; everyone was so mad at me, and Shadows was like 'You can't punch guys in the face!' I felt awful. I woke up about an hour later and I had to go catch a flight, but I felt bad because I punched Shadows' friend in the face, so I called that guy and apologized. Then my flight was delayed. I finally landed in Phoenix, got ready in one of the crew buses, and went out and wrestled for 48 minutes. So yes, that is how Jericho rolls.''

Inspirational story about Indy wrestler:

This is a great story...

USA today have featured Ryan Hood, a Hospital Worker who spends his free time as ''The Hoodlum'' a heel wrestler on the local circuit in Denver. The piece tells the Juxtaposing stories of his real world life and his in ring persona, and also sees him take his patient to watch him wrestle for the first time (His reaction to seeing his bud getting beat up makes it worth watching this vid on it's own).

WWE injury:

Christian is out again. he suffered a concussion on Raw last week vs Randy Orton and WWE doctors have pulled him from active competition until testing can be done on the extent of the damage.

He is still having issues with dizziness and memory problems over a week after the bump to the head.

Double Edged TV's:

Edge is being advertised to appear on SmackDown as well as Raw next week.

Shane quits:

Shane McMahon has resigned from his job as CEO of You On Demand in China, handing over to a Chinese national, he will remain on the board of directors.

Matt Striker reveals WWE banned words:

"No words are banned. There are some phrases [that are] not part of the dialogue, but there are good reasons why. For example, a championship is not a belt. A belt holds up your pants. Someone that doesn't watch wrestling might ask, 'Why are they fighting over wardrobe accessories?' When you say how you're coming after me for the championship, then it adds importance."

Vince also hates the word Junior, because people used it against him as a jibe when he took over WWE from his father, and was stepping on people's toes.

WWE relationship revealed:

People magazine have revealed Titus O'Neill is dating Omarosa Manigault, Famous as the former partner of the late actor Michael Clarke Duncan (RIP Dead Legends). They started a long distance relationship online, using Skype, but they have grown much closer and now Titus flies her around the country to join him at WWE events.

Note...

Matt Morgan:

Former TNA star Matt Morgan has discussed his excitement at the possibility of a WWE return, and revealed the reasons he left the company...

"I think it's very possible. I think I went out and I did what I was asked [after his WWE release]. I went out and got the experience that I would need to get as far as main event experience. More importantly, I think I've matured into the, not just the character, but the man I am today. I'm about to be a first time father on top of it. When I was first in WWE, I was a functioning addict. I was a painkiller abuser. I've been sober for seven years now. It was a Godsend that I was able to leave WWE when I did because that's when I was able to go out and get myself clean. There's so many endless possibilities. That company's really cooking right now on all cylinders. Triple H done an amazing job. I just watched RAW the other night, the thing that he's got right now with Randy [Orton], as well as Daniel [Bryan], is absolutely perfect. Perfect. And all the people that are b---hing and moaning going, 'ah, they shouldn't disrespect him by calling him small and s--t like that. They ruined his moment [winning the WWE Championship at SummerSlam].' That's the whole point! That's the hook! The fans out there that think he's never going to get higher - as far as reaction - than he was at that moment, you should see the reaction he gets when he finally climbs that hill and conquers. It's going to be something that, instead of maybe for eight months of him being super duper over, it's something that they're trading for years and years and years of drawing power. As him as the top dude, the top dog. My hat's off, he's done an amazing job. Between that, the Performance Center and just the overall general direction company is going in, at the moment is very cool, very exciting. Like I said, I like the opportunity for all the fresh match ups that are out there for me. There's a brand new roster than when I was there."

Rhodes family to be involved in major story?:

WWE.Com have talked to the father and brother of Cody Rhodes about his firing, Dustin said that he doesn't think Triple H knows what is good for business, and that "he's a little bit blinded by this job and his position" and wants to make his presence felt. He then added that Cody had a bright future that was taken away due to Triple H's abuse of power. Dusty Rhodes added...

"Why would WWE be so stupid as to throw away a talented kid like this who does the right thing?. The stupidity of what went down last night, the stupidity to take a kid in his 20s, probably the hottest product that we have at this stage in our industry, and to put him in a situation like that? Cody's not gonna back down from anything... It was not good for business, Hunter. It was not good for business."

Maybe they will be involved in Cody's stories vs The McMahon's when he returns.

Bray Wyatt discusses theme song:

"As soon as I heard the bass line of this one, a spark happened. It was magic. He was able to capture a mood in a melody. The mood is very eerie. The song and Bray Wyatt come together so well because Bray is an enigma."

Mini legend announces retirement:

Short Sleeve Sampson says he will compete on a 40 date farewell to tour before moving into other forms of entertainment, he has worked for WWE and TNA over the course of his career, mainly as a parody performer.

RVD talks WWE locker room response to his return:

"The locker room is a different vibe, it's a more positive vibe, guys are not afraid for their position like they used to be. At the end (of his first run with WWE) it was really miserable. Plus, I have more leverage now. I have more seniority with guys like Rock, Hogan, Flair, DX gone. It's different how I'm being treated. I'm in a different point in my life. The travelling is not as hard as it was. I'm enjoying it now. We just had an 18-day tour and I was kind of apprehending that tour, but it wasn't like that at all, it was a pleasure and I enjoyed it a lot."

Lex Luger interview:

On his book...

"So far, so good." He had help writing the book and says that getting the right people to help him write the biography was why the release was pushed back a few times. He jokes that the delays were entirely on him but is thrilled to have it out now.''

On Sting...

"Still are best of friends...we talk all the time." Luger says he was honored to speak for Sting during his TNA Hall of Fame induction and maintains a close friendship with Steve Borden to this very day. Sting also wrote the foreward to Luger's autobiography which some say is worth the price of the book in and of itself as it is so well done.''

On WWE / Vince McMahon...

"I know he wants to come off as "Bad Boy Billionare" but he's not," said Luger. Luger elaborates saying that when he was down and out after wrestling with all the problems he faced, Vince always went out of his way to check in on him and offer help. He feels not enough people realize that Vince is a genuinely good person on top of business man. But, he says that is probably by Vince's own design.''

On Miss Elizabeth's death...

"I had a very negative influence on her at the time." (I) felt that (I) needed to acknowledge all the mistakes in the book in order to make it a complete and honest account.''

He claims he approached Elizabeth's passing with honesty and acknowledges the level of the tragedy.

Sean Mooney:

Former WWE announcer Sean Mooney has rubbished reports he was ''Ashamed'' of being involved with wrestling, which have dogged him since he left WWE in the early nineties...

''I left because I just wanted to try something else, and the company was changing, you know? Financially they weren't doing great and who knows, he might have decided to cut me loose when my contract was up anyway. But I made the decision before that and I think that's why people started thinking, 'what the hell happened to Sean Mooney?' Because how could he walk away from that and disappear which to them I did. But for that period of time, I cherished that and it really upset me that there was some report saying that when I worked in new in New York that I tried to hide that from my resume. How the hell would you do that? When I was with the WWF, it aired all over the world. Was I gonna just say that wasn't me? No, plus I was very thankful to Vince McMahon for everything he gave me and the opportunities I got. When I started to anchor at WWR in New York, Vince even sent me a telegram to say congratulations. Konnan reveals major WWE deal that failed:

He says he had a hand in AAA rejecting WWE buying a controlling interest in the promotion in 2007, and says as a result of the knock back WWE have almost withdrawn themselves from the Mexican market...

"I know exactly what happened because we had to live through it. We had a meeting. I've never talked about this. We had somebody from WWE actually come and having a meeting with me and Dorian, who is the son of the owner. We had a meeting with somebody from WWE and they came and offered to buy AAA. He was really cool. He was like, 'We want to buy AAA.' Dorian was like, 'We're not really for sale, but we'll listen.' They wanted to buy 51% of the company. I was like, 'Dude, do not do that because these [guys], the minute they don't like something, they're going to get rid of us.' I said why doesn't Vince just buy 50% or 49%? They said Vince doesn't like to go into partnership with anybody and doesn't want to be asking for permission for anything. I asked what would happen to us. They said, 'As you can see, we're having trouble running WWE as it is and we're trying to expand into Europe. We don't really know what we're doing in Mexico, so you guys would stay in power.' We excused ourselves to go to the bathroom and I said that's BS. The minute we do something they don't like, they're going to change it and there's nothing we can do about it. We can't give them this type of power, which he understood. He told them we wouldn't sell that much of the company."

Brodus Clay talks Total Diva's incident:

When asked about Vincent, boyfriend of his Dancer Cameron threatening to fight him on the show, at this years WrestleMania he revealed the incident was over a lack of respect Cameron paid to Tensai as they were preparing for their match, and accused Vincent of putting it on for the camera's, claiming he said nothing at the post Mania party, and that he would not have made himself hard to find if he really wanted to go...

"I think he [Vincent] was doing that display for the cameras. Up until that day, I had never seen Cameron cry a day in her life. She's always been a tough, very confident, very outspoken woman. Some would say she could even be a bit bullying at times... Vincent's thing, I think, was more for the cameras because I saw him at the end of the night, and he definitely wasn't yelling and screaming at me.

He then discussed the conversation between Cameron and Tensai that caused the tension...

"When he [Sweet T] says something, you should probably respect it, and that wasn't done. I said something to her about it, and she said something to me about it, and I said 'I'm not dealing with it' and I walked away. And I guess she looked at it as an opportunity, I'm not really sure... and for her to smart off to him, and to say what she said to him and the way she said it was really disrespectful to a guy who has been in the business a long time. Let's say he was wrong, which he wasn't, just out of respect listen to what he has to say. And she didn't, and I called her out on it."
