Ugly situation:
Jeff Jarrett's decision to take a leave of absence from running GFW has opened the door on an ugly fall out between the owners of Impact and GFW (Jarrett). The Impact side of the ownership were not happy with Jeff Jarrett's behaviour and conditioning at AAA's recent event. They felt he was overweight and did not reflect well on the company he was representing. They were also angry that he was heeling up to the crowd by throwing things at fans. Impact are said to have informed JJ that a planned match for BFG against Alberto Del Rio would be pulled as a result of the AAA appearance, which led to the blow up that caused the walk out on Tuesday.
The situation has led to a stall in the merger process between Impact and GFW. The deal is no where near complete, and is showing no signs of getting done any time soon.
There was also a fall out over the Alberto Del Rio / Paige incident. Ed Nordholm of Impact wanted Del Rio fired, JJ fought against it, which led to a break down in the two men's relationship.
Rock meets hero:
The Rock has made good on a promise to meet a 10 year old boy that credits Rock with him saving his brothers life after watching 'San Andreas' and learning CPR.
SmackDown:
Shinsuke Nakamura has earned another shot at Jinder Mahal, this time at Hell In A Cell and Shane McMahon has been suspended from his management role after brawling with Kevin Owens, who had told him he wished he had been killed in his recent real life helicopter crash. Vince will be on the blue show next week in his place.
No Mercy:
Enzo Amore has earned a shot at Neville's Cruiserweight title.
Injury:
Kenny Omega has damaged his meniscus.
King critical of WWE:
Jerry Lawler has criticised WWE airing on Christmas day this year...
"I would never wrestle on Christmas. That's almost sacrilegious to me. I wouldn't do it."
He also told Sasha off for attacking excitable fans and revealed WWE did not offer him JBL's job this week.
Nikki Bella:

Impact spiral into chaos:
Anthem are reportedly ready to sell Impact. They are said to have already sounded out WWE, ROH and Billy Corgan to gage their interest in taking the promotion on. The promotion is hemorrhaging funds and the company are tired of having to cut their main commodity, the Fight network, to the bone, to keep them afloat.
