He appeared, in shackles and orange jump suit, before a judge today, who wanted to file a restraining order against him, to protect his wife from him. During the hearing it was revealed a prior incident of domestic violence had been reported in March of this year. However Mr. Leppan's wife begged the judge not to impose the order, as they are parents to a child with special health care needs, and she wanted his continued support in delivering that care. He has now paid his bond, and been freed from the Florida jail cell that had homed him since the incident. He has been ordered to seek counselling from his pastor, as a condition of his release.
