Lawsuit dropped:
Doug Gilbert's writ against WWE and ESPN has been dropped. He wasn't happy that the two networks were using footage of his brother from his ECW days, but WWE correctly asserted that they bought and own the footage. Mr. Gilbert however retains the right to re-file in the future.
