SmackDown:


Here is this weeks SmackDown card...

  • Brie Bella vs Paige.
  • Intercontinental Championship Contenders Gauntlet Match.
  • Cesaro, Natalya and Tyson Kidd vs El Torito & Los Matadores.
  • Kane & Seth Rollins vs Mark Henry & Roman Reigns.

There will be no SmackDown taping next week, WWE taped extra matches this week, for Main Event, and will tape SmackDown matches after Raw next Monday, the show will also feature WrestleMania highlights and recaps.

Crowd changing Mania?:


A backstage WWE leak has revealed Triple H is trying to convince Vince McMahon to change the result of the main event of Mania, from a Reigns title win, to a Lesnar retention. He suggests Lesnar is ready to re-sign for WWE, and WWE are growing more and more concerned about the crowd reaction to Reigns. He further states that to counteract complaints about having no champion, WWE would elevate the Intercontinental, and United States Championships, to main event level of TV and PPV, adding John Cena and Daniel Bryan are currently penciled in to win those belts, at WrestleMania.

WWE do hope to lock Lesnar in at next weeks Raw, but the two sides are still said to be quite a way apart.

Hall Of Fame:


Tatsumi Fujinami has been named as the newest confirmed member of the WWE class of 2015.

Daniel Bryan reveals WrestleMania disappointment:


"For a year, I had this vision of me wrestling (former UFC champion) Brock Lesnar in the main event for the WWE Championship. But sometimes, when you don't get what you want, you end up getting something better — like this ladder match. I think with the guys we have in that match and the excitement we can generate, we have a real chance of stealing the show."

RyderMania:


Zack Ryder has revealed he will memorialise his WWE career, with his WrestleMania attire. With references to the different phases of his WWE career, including Major Brothers, and Woo Woo Woo.

Wrestling documentary:


Max, son of Hollywood director John Landis, has released a wrestling documentary, discussing his love for the sport...



Victoria threatened:


Liz Dal Santo has threatened to take legal action against WWE Alum Victoria, for the abuse she has received, since Victoria released her mobile phone number, on Twitter. She did that as revenge for Ms Dal Santo's alleged affair with Lee, Victoria's husband.

Bieber bashes WCW Champ:


Justin Bieber threw former WCW champ David Arquette out of his birthday party last weekend. Arquette was drunk, and was openly insulting Bieber to anyone that would listen, which led to his removal. He returned however, only to behave badly again, and was again kicked out.

I might quit:


John Cena says he may leave WWE if he fails to beat Rusev at WrestleMania.

NXT:


Lou D'Angeli has rejected a WWE return. The promotion hoped he would run the NXT live tour, but he says he is happy with his current role with Cirque Du Soleil. Jack Victory, also ex of ECW, is now favourite to get the role.

Kurt Angle:


Kurt Angle still harbours WWE ambitions. He says if this year is his last he would be very happy, but he would still consider a further year with WWE, at the end of this TNA deal.

NXT star defends DeMott:


Garrett Dylan says Bill DeMott was hard, but that is what he was there for...

"I've been getting a lot of questions about this. There are a lot of mixed feelings. He could be a hard ass. He was a hard trainer, but he was getting paid to be a hard trainer. It's like when you go to the military they are not training you to be your friend they are training you to go to war. Was Bill rough at times? Yeah. But I learned form Bill. There were times were we butted heads. But he made me a better wrestler. I don't believe he deserved to get fired or I know he didn't get fired he stepped down. He was good at what he did."

Reigns slams fans:


Roman Reigns says fans may like someone else better, but...

WWE man in midst of controversy:


Dr. Joseph Maroon, WWE's senior doctor, has criticised an NFL player's decision to retire, at the age of 24...

"The problem of CTE, although real, is it's being overexaggerated and being extrapolated to youth football and to high school football, and that it's much more dangerous riding a bike or a skateboard than playing youth football."

WWE react to UK arrest:


WWE have released this statement, in response to the arrest of a 55 year old man, who was arrested for uploading thousands of hours of WWE and UFC footage, onto the internet...

"WWE provides many options for our fans to watch our content lawfully - on television, pay-per-view, and digitally via YouTube and the WWE Network. We will continue to protect our intellectual property aggressively and combat piracy in any form."

DeMott silenced:


Friends of Bill DeMott say he is desperate to tell his side of the story, but cannot for legal reasons. WWE still expect lawsuits to come out of the controversy of recent weeks, and do not want to make things worse by DeMott further antagonising his former students.

Russo no show:


Vince Russo did not make a flight to the UK for a booked 6 man tag match last weekend, he said he was ill.

Y2J happy if he's done:


Chris Jericho says he would not be upset if his career was over...

''I really don't care. If I never wrestle another match again, I'm happy with it. I've done all that I ever wanted to do and more. I still like going back [to wrestling] from time to time, because it's fun. But when other things come up, things that I've been working on for a long period of time, they start paying off, well, then you've gotta be there and spend that time on that as well."
