"He was planning on asking me today [Friday] while we were in New York City, but when he got to Connecticut, he lost the ring in the airport. So he sits me down in the big suite after SmackDown and we're laughing and hanging out [with his family] and he's telling me this ridiculous story about how he lost it and eventually found it. After that, he knew he had to ask me the very next time he saw me. I had no idea it was coming." She went on to say she is planning an unconventional wedding.

WrestleMania 30:
Rey Mysterio vs Sin Cara is back on the WWE creative plans for Mania 30, it is a match they had planned for this years show, before the two men were injured. Sin Cara has not been on TV for weeks, and he is very unpopular with backstage officials due to his injury proneness and botches, but the thing saving his WWE career is his popularity in terms of merch sales, and it this they intend to cash in on, by having an attempt at breaking the world record for most people wearing masks in one place.

Backstage news:
WWE botched Miz's heel turn, they forgot he has a feel good Christmas movie coming out, and are now regretting turning him before it's release date. Big Show knocking Ryback out was punishment for using Goldberg's spear without permission from the office. Also creative are in a mess right now, they have had numerous TLC stories scrapped as not good enough, including... * Big Show vs Triple H * Big Show vs Randy Orton (Tables match) * Big E. Langston turning heel. * John Cena vs a Heel Langston for the World Title This is why they have brought the planned unification match forward from Mania. Possible SPOILER!!! on this match, WWE do not know how to finish the match, they were not going to make it a unification match at first, but did use the term on Raw when the match was booked, so felt they then had to, and had Triple H say there should only be one champion, however they do want the unification to happen at Mania, and are trying to think of a way out of this match with two champions remaining. The idea currently rumoured to be the preferred choice is Cena and Orton grabbing each others belts at the same time to make it a draw.

Ultimate Warrior interview:
The Ultimate Warrior says Macho Man Randy Savage was the toughest opponent he ever faced. He went on to discuss his possible Hall Of Fame induction... "The simple answer is they've got to tell the right story. That's a possibility. Being in the Hall of Fame - Ultimate Warrior being inducted into the Hall of Fame, or me standing there at the Hall of Fame participating in it - is not going to mean anything to my goals in my life and the kind of quality of life I'm going to have, what kind of things I'm going to do, how productive I'm going to be as I move on throughout my life. I only get this one life, so I'm not going to sit in my own pile of poop and feel sorry that I'm not in the Hall of Fame. The Ultimate Warrior character relative to professional wrestling or WWE, he's definitely a Hall of Famer. He's a Hall of Famer whether he gets into the Hall of Fame or not."

The Ultimate Warrior has recalled his favourite Survivor Series moment... "If I had to pick a Survivor Series - 1990 was a really neat Survivor Series because I teamed with The Legion of Doom [Hawk and Animal] and Kerry Von Erich - at the time The Texas Tornado. Kerry was a good friend of mine, both Animal and Hawk were good friends of mine, so the chemistry was really good. Out of that first match, it led to me and [Hulk] Hogan appearing in the ring together as allies and not adversaries and having the final''.

Jim Ross on title unification:
''I have no idea what WWE creative is doing or is going to do but if I had to guess I'd say the WWE Titles stays and the World Title goes. Bottom line is that I don't know. Again, I don't know exactly what is going on but it appears that WWE wants to have one primary title going forward. I don't spend much time on the creative plans of any pro wrestling company.''
Kassius Ohno:
Dusty Rhodes and NXT lead writer Ryan Ward fought to keep Kassius Ohno in NXT, but his standing politically in WWE was in such a bad place, even their support could not save him. And the way that started is, I tore my labrum in my shoulder, but I didn't get surgery, so I ended up having a month off. So I threw a shot in the dark. I always hated that 'You Think You Know Me' music because it never fit me and what I actually listen to''.
The Miz:
The Miz says teaming with John Morrison saved his WWE career, because he felt his days were numbered... "If Miz and Morrison never happened, I truly believe that I would have been fired within a year. I think being with Morrison really gave me the opportunity to take risks. It gave me the opportunity to really stand tall in our realm. When we created a thing called The Dirt Sheet, which… Back then, YouTube was just getting going with its popularity. WWE now has its own YouTube channel. It didn't have its own YouTube Channel. It didn't have those internet shows. We were the first. So we kind of became originals and we were doing those sorts of things that were going against the grain because we wanted to get noticed. I think Morrison pushed me and I pushed Morrison to really do the best that we possibly can. We brought the best out of each other, is what I thought." QUESTION OF THE DAY... What or who would you bring back to the WWE if you could???
Triple H says he will be back in the ring ''Shortly''. He also says in a promo taped to air on this weeks Main event that he only wants one World champion in WWE and thinks the titles should be unified, he however stopped short of confirming that the TLC match between John Cena and Randy Orton would be the last match for one of the straps. Backstage rumours coming out of WWE suggest that it will happen, but will be a longer running story, going up to and including WrestleMania 30 where the titles will finally be brought together, and for the first time since 2002 there will only be one World champion in WWE.

On plans to buy TNA... "I want to run an Indigogo and raise the money to buy that son of a b---h and do it right. Not to be in competition with Vince, but to do wrestling the way I liked it. Maybe it will happen, maybe it won't. But, now I hear the guy from Smashing Pumpkins is snatching it, so maybe I should just buy the band Smashing Pumpkins and go on with my life and start singing. " On Royal Rumble 2014... "All I can hope for right now, you know, I'm trying to get myself in shape to do the Royal Rumble, one last time. You know, I'd like to go out on my own terms with my head held high, I think I deserve that. I've had thirty seven years in the ring and it was a wonderful life, it was crazy, insane, I did a lot of things wrong, but I did a lot of things right too, brother. "

QUESTION OF THE DAY... If The Rock's wrestling career is over, what is his legacy, will he be remembered as a great or was he over rated?, does he deserve to be a Hall Of Famer???
Results... * The Miz bt Kofi Kingston (Pre Show) * Roman Reigns was the sole survivor in the 5 on 5 traditional elimination match. * Big E. Langston bt Curtis Axel to retain the IC title. * Natlaya and Nikki Bella for team Total Diva's won the women's elimination match. * Mark Henry returned and beat Ryback in a bonus match. * John Cena bt Alberto Del Rio to retain the World Title. * CM Punk and Daniel Bryan bt The Wyatt Family. * Randy Orton bt Big Show to retain the WWE Title. Notes... A Kofi heel turn was teased in the pre show, Kofi refused to shake the offered hand of The Miz and instead slapped his face, he then left the ring. Dean Malenko returned to work at the show following a health scare. John Laurinaitis appeared in a backstage segment. Ricardo Rodriguez was on the Spanish announce team. WWE paid tribute to Mad Dog Vachon who died last week, and sent good will messages to the Dynamite Kid. Match of the night went to the opening Elimination match. Worst match was the women's match hands down, usual problem, not given enough time, 9 of the girls were eliminated in the first 3 or 4 minutes. There was also a botch in this match, Michael Cole announced Natalya as the sole survivor, despite Nikki being in the ring celebrating with Nattie, it took them an hour to realise and acknowledge the mistake on air. Luke Harper hurt his knee in the tag match and struggled for the remainder of the bout, but I was very impressed with Harper and Rowan's super card debut. The WWE / World title unification stories started, with Cena coming out at the end of the show to stand in the ring with Randy Orton. Post show, John Cena challenged Randy Orton for a title vs title match, but Randy said no. Kane then tried to attack Cena, but was repeatedly stopped by Triple H, Kane grew frustrated and grabbed HHH by the throat, the usual set up for a chokeslam, Orton rushed to Hunter's aide and calmed Kane. They all then left John Cena alone to talk to the crowd, but Triple H came back out and was challenged by Cena to a match, Hunter started to undress and walked down the aisle, only for Vince McMahon to come out to calm his son in law, Cena then began taunting the boss, so Vince started to undress to go after the World champ before Stephanie came out to stop her dad. Vince then started to perform the Ole! chant with his jacket.

The Undertaker:
Todd MacFarlane has released the first images of his WWE statuette...
New star hurt:
Davey Richards who had a try out match at NXT last week has pulled out of a trip to Japan due to a neck injury. QUESTION OF THE DAY... What did you think of the Survivor Series??? I would give it 7/10... Strong opener, really enjoyed the traditional elimination match. The IC match was solid but forgettable, the Diva's match was too rushed and poor as a result, Henry's return got a big pop from the crowd, which the match that followed did not live up too. Cena vs Del Rio killed the crowd, but the Punk / Bryan vs The Wyatt's match was really good, very impressed by the Wyatt's, Orton vs Show was a good competitive match until Hunter came out. Then the big finish with the set up for Mania between Cena and Orton, ended the show leaving fans wanting more, which is a good thing to do. I would still advise WWE to return to the PPV's original format, and have all elimination matches, I simply do not buy that modern fans do not want long drawn out matches, the crowd in Boston loved the match last night, and so did I.
Actor Kellan Lutz has attacked The Rock after he beat him to the role of Hercules, insinuating that Rock took drugs to help him win the role... "I wanted to get big, but then you have The Rock playing in the other Hercules. There's not enough 'extra-curricular' stuff for that."

Cody bought the IC belt:
Cody Rhodes has revealed he personally paid to have the old Intercontinental Championship recreated and brought back to WWE... "You have no idea how difficult that was to get the IC Title, the white IC Title, which Big E Langston is now our new Intercontinental Champion and that was such a cool thing for him, to see that and see it still around. It makes me feel happy because that was such a pain to get done. Not many people know this; I paid for the title to be recreated. I was refunded, heavily refunded, but I paid to show it to the man and say, "Listen, this will get a reaction, that you might not think it will and here's why," you know? And I'm very happy to see it still in existence."

Alberto Del Rio remembers Eddie Guerrero:
"Yes, of course. I'm Mexican. I grew up watching him. I saw him several times before he came to WWE or any other company in the US. He wrestled for years and years in Mexico, especially in Ciudad Juarez. I've always admired him. He started from the bottom and at the end of his career he was one of the most amazing, most popular Superstars in the world."
Survivor Series:

Diamond Dallas Page taught a DDP Yoga class at the WWE Performance Center this week. QUESTION OF THE DAY... Which Survivor Series match do you think will be the best???
Jake The Snake has defended himself from accusations of ripping fans off... "It's an ongoing process and we didn't realize how much work it would be. However, it doesn't matter how long it takes, we will get all of them done... There was never any intention to let any supporters down ... so if anyone out there is still waiting on their perk please just contact us and we will handle it ASAP! But for the record no one is getting ripped off."
Dixie Carter interview:
On Spike TV... "Once we got on Spike, we changed a lot of things and our revenues grew. We've been cash flow positive for the last four or five years. After that point, Panda stopped putting money in the company. We've funded it with every dollar we've made and maybe that's kept us from growing quite as fast." On recent releases... "Some people were let go... They didn't resonate. They didn't move the needle or the contract they wanted wasn't something that was good for this company. Sorry, but this company has to be in business in 10, 20 years from now. I have to run a company and grow it. I'm to the point right now where things have to be a certain way for us." On taking TNA nationwide... ''We went on the road thinking if we could sell 1,500-2,000 tickets, we'd be good. We went in with a very conservative budget. We didn't come out here thinking we'd sell out arenas. The truth is we exceeded those budget numbers. We hit our revenue numbers, but we overspent when it came to loading out of the Universal studio. There was a two-month overlap that cost us... I think we've learned a lot from this. We learned that the show has to be shaken up, not the venue." On signing Hulk Hogan... "Yes, I think Hulk has been worth it. He's opened a lot of doors for us. When you're about to lose a deal in an international territory and one phone call from Hulk Hogan makes a man who doesn't even speak your language melt and you get your deal back, that carries a lot of weight. There's not another guy out there who could do that. If we did anything wrong with him, we used him too much on television. If he stayed with us, you'd probably see less of him."

Cody Rhodes interview:
Cody Rhodes says he is very proud of being in a traditional Survivor Series match this weekend... "It's the cornerstone of the PPV itself. Of course, I think back to the 90's where you had almost every match on the pay-per-view was a Survivor Series elimination style match. It was a holiday classic and all the colorful characters you had. I'm allowed to be a fan a little bit when I look at the lineup and I look at myself, my brother Goldust, the Usos and a sure-fire, Hall of Famer in Rey Mysterio to be part of our own team, it's a good feeling." On Dusty taking legit offence to a wedding gift from the McMahon's... They were given a gift voucher... "Legit, true thing that happened. So much of what we do is entertainment but this is 100% fact: my old man pocketed that gift card. So we never saw it because it was given to us out of spite he thought we wouldn't want to see it. I don't know but we never saw it. I think he bought my mom something." On teaming with his Brother Goldust... "I think if anything it's a shock. Being in his 40's I didn't expect him to return with the surge that he returned with. Some people will give you that target age for people in their prime. I can tell you that Dustin is 44 and he's in his prime. He's the best he's even been. He's doing things he hasn't done since he was 20-something and he's as healthy as a horse. For me, it's just a shock. I never expected to be in a tag-team, nonetheless being the tag-team champions with my brother and that 16-year age difference and the complete opposite ends. Him and I are nothing alike so it's really just been a fun shock." On facing his brother at Mania... "I can't deny the fact I've heard all these rumblings of Goldust versus Cody Rhodes and all I can say is that if it's something the fans want, if it's something the WWE Universe wants, then they'll get it. And it's not always right away.
