WWE star arrested:
Rich Swann of 205 has been arrested for kidnap, false imprisonment and battery this morning. If found guilty he could face up to 6 years in jail, a further 12 months probation and a $6,000 fine. The alleged victim of the incident was his wife, indie star Su Yung. Swann was said to be critical of her performance at a show, and she became upset and jumped out of the car they were in. He jumped out, grabbed her into a headlock and forced her back into a car, in clear view of other motorists. She screamed for help as he dragged her to his vehicle, which had rolled into a telephone pole as he had not parked it properly.
Swann, who is currently in a Florida jail, claims innocence. He said he did not touch her, and only demanded she got back in the car because her phone had the GPS on it.
WWE have suspended him indefinitely for breaching their morals code.
