SummerSlam:

WWE originally planned to have The Miz team with Stardust against Neville and Stephen Amell at SummerSlam, but Ryback was cleared sooner than they expected, so they shuffled their decks. King Barrett will now team with Stardust, and The Miz will challenge for the Intercontinental Championship.

WWE.com have confirmed Seth Rollins vs John Cena, title for title, will happen at the show.

Bill DeMott:

Bill DeMott has signed up to be a host on the Relm channel.

SmackDown SPOILERS!!!:

Roddy Piper's family were guests at the event. They went to the show after laying their dad to rest earlier in the day. Chael Sonnen of GFW was also at the show.

Brad Maddox:

Brad Maddox has been given a new gimmick. He has bleached his hair and is now called Joshua Kingsley.

Stephanie McMahon:

Stephanie McMahon sold another $1,000,000 worth of WWE shares earlier this week.

Wade Barrett:

WWE are already sick of the King Barrett gimmick and are looking at reverting him back to Bad News Barrett at the earliest opportunity.

Damien Sandow:

Damien Sandow is furious with United Airlines after he missed picking his child up from their first day of school, due to being held up by their customer care team.

Sting:

WWE asked Sting to get into shape for SummerSlam, and he did, he was described as in incredible condition for his age, only to be pulled. WWE have not dropped the plans, rather postponed them. Erick Rowan is expected back in November, and Sting will return around the same time, possibly for a Survivor Series match.

Roman Reigns talks fan incident:

"I was confused at first. I thought Bray hit me in the head with the kendo stick. So immediately I was like, 'Aww man. You're about to get it, brother. Aww, you're about to get your [butt] whooped,' but then I looked down, and I could see the briefcase. So then I'm trying to piece this thing together. If you see the video, you see me stand up to where I kind of got a little bit hot. Once I was able to process the situation in a matter of seconds, I knew what needed to be done, and our security team took care of it."
