Shawn Michaels has discussed the reason his feud with The Rock was nixed...

Tommy Dreamer furiously attacked Dixie Carter after she pulled Bully Ray from a long standing booking for his House Of Hardcore 4 event, with very little notice. Dreamer took to the ring to explain to fans why the TNA man would not be on the card, and shared a promise from Bully to meet them personally for photo ops and autographs in the future, but said of the TNA chief...

''(I'm) tired of people like Dixie abusing people like him and the fans.'' Before adding, "B***h, I will get you for this."

It should be said that Tommy Dreamer works for TNA, so this may have been an angle, but the crowd were hot with her and TNA for the rest of the show.

WWE:

They hope this will avoid negativity and online backlashes from the leaving talent(s), such as shoot interviews, which can and have damaged and embarrassed in the past.

The Shield split:

Current creative plans for the Shield angle have Seth Rollins teaming with Randy Orton against Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns at Money In The Bank, then Rollins vs Reigns at Battleground, before Reigns goes on to meet HHH at SummerSlam.
