Batista walked out on WWE after an argument with Triple H.

The Shield split, Seth Rollins turned on his partners to join Triple H and Randy Orton as Batista's replacement in Evolution.

Alberto Del Rio qualified for the Money In The Bank ladder match.

Bray Wyatt missed the show, (Although he did appear after the show went off air) selling his loss at Payback, but will be at SmackDown tonight.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship:


Stephanie McMahon has revealed that the status of the WWE Title will be decided at Money In The Bank. If Daniel Bryan is cleared in time he will defend in a stretcher match vs Kane. If not, the MITB ladder match will be for the vacant title. I will put the reason for this decision at the end of today's news, but SPOILER!!! warning it will reveal which is the more likely outcome.

Heat on Lawler:


All the commentators at Payback had bottles of Mountain Dew on the desk at the event, Mountain Dew were the sponsors, however Jerry Lawler was spotted drinking from a bottle of Diet Coke which he had under the desk.

WWE praised:

WWE are planning a best of Main Event DVD for fans in the UK.

Batista:


Batista has now signed off from WWE, as noted earlier. He will be promoting his Marvel movie, and working on the Kickboxer remake during his break, but will be back in time for SummerSlam.

Shawn Michaels on heat with Undertaker:


Shawn Michaels has revealed that his personal relationship with Undertaker was poor, right up to WrestleMania 25. Michaels said of Taker...

Indy star beats Hall Of Famer:


Indy star Devon Nicholson has finally ended his long running legal battle vs Abdullah The Butcher, who he accuses of infecting him with Hepatitis C, and ruining his chances of making it to WWE, by cutting him without permission during a 2007 match. The indy star won his court case, and Abdullah was ordered to pay $2.3 Million in restitution. Abdullah continues to deny having the disease, and has been given 30 days to appeal.

Daniel Bryan:


WWE have received a negative report about Daniel Bryan's recovery, the original timetable of 8 weeks is now not likely to be met by the champ, so WWE are looking at moving on without him for the time being.
