Chris Jericho:

Lucha Underground:

LU have signed new stars following a try out camp, they include a former AAA champ, a former Tough Enough contestant, and some indy names. They will debut in the coming weeks.

Chyna to bite back:

Chyna has been invited onto Vince Russo's podcast. She says she has had enough, and will speak out on Triple H and WWE.

Marc Mero talks new career:

"Of course the thing that really catapulted me, unfortunately, was when Chris Benoit killed his wife and his kid and there was such a culture of so many of the guys that were dying. At that time I just wanted to make a difference and help younger people not go through some of the mistakes that I made. I don't point my fingers at other people, but at what I did wrong, drug and alcohol abuse, broken relationships and broken dreams. I just wanted to help other people so I started the Champion of Choices program eight years ago and it is now taken off to over a thousand schools, churches and corporations around the world."

Rey Mysterio:

Rey Mysterio has been in the studio with rapper Rick Ross today.

WWE top 10:

Funny moments...

Hall Of Fame:

WWE will announce their third HOF'er on Raw next week...

"This as-yet-unnamed WWE Legend will join "Macho Man" Randy Savage and Celebrity Inductee Arnold Schwarzenegger in this year's elite group of icons, to be honored at the WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony the night before WrestleMania 31. Will this 2015 WWE Hall of Famer be from WWE's Attitude Era? Is it a groundbreaking WWE Diva? Or is it perhaps a fan-favorite competitor from ECW, WCW or another classic promotion?"

Alum hospitalised:

DDP is currently in hospital, facing surgery on a serious throat problem.

Today's News

Triple H remembers WrestleMania 30:

''...I've got to get in shape because I know Daniel Bryan is one of the best guys in the world. And I've got to hang with him. I've got to be in there and do my part. We've told this massive story, and it all hinges on delivering. So I've got to go out there in that first match at WrestleMania and I've got to kill it and put him on that platform. I can chain wrestle. I can do all that other stuff. I just don't do it. It's about doing them at the right moment, safely, with a guy you can do them with. And Daniel's a guy you can do just about anything with. He's a little bit like Shawn [Michaels] in that you can do anything with him. So pulling that out of the bag was something I could do.
I lean over to Steph, and I said, 'Look at that.' What a story. And even just thinking about it now, I get chillbumps. To be able to take that 10-month arc of a story and have it pay off for Daniel Bryan—who on every level is just the nicest guy and a guy you just want to help succeed—for every reason you just want him to be big, and then here it is. And man, it's huge. And you're just like, 'Yeah!.'"

UFC to Mania:

Wanderlei Silva has followed Chael Sonnen in claiming WWE have invited the two men to WrestleMania 31. WWE denied the reports after Chael made the same claims yesterday.

My proudest moment:

Bret Hart says knocking Vince McMahon out after the Montreal screwjob is the moment he is most proud of, in his life and career.

Mania match pulled?:

WWE are reportedly considering putting Dolph Ziggler & Ryback in a Tag Title match vs Gold/Stardust at WrestleMania, meaning Ziggler vs Bryan would be dropped.

This is likely to sell the idea that Daniel Bryan may beat Roman Reigns at Fast Lane, for the Mania title shot. Personally I can't see it. This match IMO is not WWE caving in to fans, as they did last year, and putting Daniel in the main event of Mania, but will see WWE assert their power. They didn't need to do this match, Reigns was booked to face Show, I believe this match is to send a message to fans about their direction for 2015, and I see a clean Roman Reigns victory, which will make clear to fans that Roman Reigns is their guy this year, whether the fans like it or not.

Curtain to rise:

Scott Hall will appear at Madison Square Garden for the first time since the curtain call incident in 1996, later this month.

WWE champ to MMA:

Alberto Del Rio will choose between Bellator and Glory for a return to MMA fighting.

Hall Of Famer lands TV role:

Jimmy Hart will appear in a new comedy show called ''Loud Satisfaction''. He will play the manager of a burnt out musician.

Other Hall Of Famers appear in the trailer for the cameo heavy ''What Now'', here it is, quick note, JR drops an F-Bomb, so if you're offended by that kind of thing, give it a miss, he is right at the end, Jake The Snake and WWE Alum DDP also appear...

WWE drop TMs:

Shane McMahon, Linda McMahon, Paul London and Eye Scream Man (The original title for See No Evil) have been retired as WWE TradeMarks.

Controversial moment on TD:

A conversation on Total Diva's between the Bella Twins has raised eyebrows. Brie revealed to her sister that Daniel Bryan does not wear a condom when they are intimate, and that they use the ''Pull out'' method, Nikki was shocked and challenged the sensibility of that method, and Brie replied that they are married, and if accidents happen, and she were to get pregnant, than so be it. Nikki seemed concerned about the potential impact on her career.

Today's News

Shawn Michaels interview:

Shawn Michaels has discussed some of the controversial moments of his career...

On The Kliq...

"People's dislike for us was palpable. So it was our adamant decision to feed into that even more. There were times when the wrestling narrative -- the inside the business narrative -- seemed so silly, and we made a decision never to glad-hand and take the heat off ourselves. We found the decision to add heat on top of us and make it worse was pretty amusing, and that's what we always decided to do."

On Montreal...

"I don't think anyone would have swayed Bret's decision-making. But if Kevin and Scott were still there, and I still had my friends, it would have prevented the entire thing from getting as out of hand as it did. Bret and I were friends, but we were young and we made bad decisions. We couldn't see outside the wrestling business. It was the end-all, be-all. You were in that box constantly, so that's all you thought about. It affects your decision-making."

On WrestleMania 14, and Taker's threats to deal with him...

"Back then, Mark didn't like me. But at no time has he ever claimed that he said anything to the face of Shawn Michaels, and that's because he didn't. Mark went to everybody and told them, 'If this doesn't go down the way it should, I'm going to have a big problem and Shawn is going to have a big problem. I'll go over there and beat the heck out of him.' But he never had to say anything to me. My whole intention at WrestleMania XIV was to drop the belt to Steve, but I was going to make everybody sweat it out and make them think I wasn't. Obviously, I got that accomplished. That's extremely unprofessional, but that's exactly who I was and what I was doing."

NXT:

Baron Corbin vs Bull Dempsey, No DQ, has been added to the next NXT special.

Tag champ Buddy Murphy has declared his pride at breaking new ground in WWE...

"This isn't just an accomplishment for me but for my home country. This title makes me the first Australian-born Superstar to ever hold a WWE championship."

Injury:

Wade Barrett suffered a facial injury at this weeks TV's.

Hall Of Fame:

Lanny Poffo has confirmed in an interview that he will go to the Hall Of Fame ceremony to accept his brother, Randy Savage's induction, despite saying he would not do so in the past. He however says he will make a very brief statement of no more than five minutes, as he was disturbed by fan treatment of inductees in the past. He also promises one more ''Oh Yeah''.

UFC men to Mania?:

Chael Sonnen says WWE have invited him, and fellow cage fighter Wanderlei Silva to WrestleMania, to play a role in the show. That role is not currently confirmed, but it is rumoured WWE want to put them through some basic training, before having a special feature match between the two men, or a mixed wrestling / shoot fighting tag match at the show.

It should be noted that WWE are denying contacting either man.

Alum retired:

Raven says he considers himself retired, as he does not recognise the sport any more...

"I am kind of retired and I like it. You'll have to pay me a lot if you are going to get me off my couch. It's just not the same It's worse in my opinion. It's interesting there is probably a higher level of athleticism than there has ever been but it is much less interesting which is why wrestling is sports entertainment, not just a sport. The story telling isn't there."

TNA:

TNA's viewing figures show they have a much older fan base than many other wrestling promotions. Their fan base peaks at the 40 - 50 year old demographic, with the average viewer being a 46 year old male.

JR on why Benoit should never be inducted into HOF:

''I do not endorse Chris, who I hired and had immense respect for until the final days of his life when he murdered his family and then committed suicide. Knowing Chris as I did I feel that he would NOT want to be enshrined into the WWE HOF because of the backlash that it would create and because the story would not be about Chris's stellar career but instead about the infamous murder/suicide. The entire matter is still a gut wrencher including me representing the WWE at Nancy and Daniel's funeral services which was a task that was SO hard for me to attend on a personal level. IMO one cannot separate the career of an overachieving athlete from the fact that he murdered his family and then took his own life and no matter the alleged motive.''

They are now resigned to losing some of their top talent, as some top names are already working without contracts, including former WWE star Maria.

I had just mentioned Walking Dead show and Luke does the 'Eddie' spot over the top rope, my comment (since I had mentioned Rick Grimes before toward Luke) was 'it looks like a zombie Eddie Guerrero'. This was a WALKING DEAD reference toward Luke-who I have said before looks like a 'walker'. I would NEVER insult my friend Eddie, for those who took it wrong-sorry about that, but it is what it is."

You're killing him:

Mick Foley has asked Vince McMahon to stop writing Roman Reigns promo's...

''RUMBLE BLUES

Remember how caught up in the #RoyalRumble I got last year? I sent out that tweet asking whether WWE hated their own audience, smashed a TV set, and texted all the powers that be - telling them how badly I thought they's messed up. It's safe to say that I was pretty mad last year. I'm not worried about this year's #Wrestlemania. I can envision a number of scenarios in which Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar can have an epic confrontation. My suggestion to WWE in this match would be to step aside and let the fertile fields of Paul Heyman's mind run free and allow Lesnar and Reigns to create the most exciting, physical match possible. No, I'm not worried about Wrestlemania. But I m worried about the Rumble. I wasn't mad after this year's Rumble. Instead, I was sad. Sad, because the Rumble, which has been one of the most entertaining #WWE events of the year for so long, might just be in danger of becoming "just another show", and going the way of Survivor Series as a good idea that runs it course and ceases to be relevant. I didn't see this year's Rumble, and with the exception of the final few minutes I caught on WWE Monday Night Raw, I don't envision myself doing so. But I didn't need to see the Rumble or know the outcome to know what a disappointment it was. All I had to do was watch the people. I dropped 3 of my kids off at the Wells Fargo Center at 6:30, and showed up on Broad Street, just a few blocks from the arena at 10:45, just as the crowd was letting out. No one saw me in my vehicle. But I saw them, and could tell, just by the way people were walking- by the way children were dragging their signs, and shuffling slowly, by the way adults held their heads down, with limited verbal interactions - that there was no joy in Philadelphia. Let me quote a story I wrote about Zack Ryder several months ago here on Facebook, and hope that the right people in WWE read it - because I think they are on the verge of losing some fans in the fallout of the Rumble. It wasn't just that one of their favorites didn't win - it was the brevity of their appearances, the lack of imagination in their involvement and the unceremonious way in which they were eliminated. Eventually people get tired of finding out that the WWE Superstars they have supported with their cheers, their purchases, their signs, their follows and their likes aren't real Superstars - and little by little, those fans lose interest in WWE, find other interests, and become former WWE fans. I have no intention of becoming the "anti-WWE guy". I'm going to take a little break from #Raw and #Smackdown for the next couple of weeks, and see what the landscape looks like, heading into the next PPV. I really do think WWE is going to turn out a great Mania, and I'll be in the crowd watching. But I fear for the Rumble. What was once the start of "The Road to Wrestlemania" has now become a roadblock to the good will and excitement needed for a truly memorable Wrestlemania atmosphere. One more thing. I've heard rumors that Mr McMahon is personally writing the recent Roman Reigns promos. If that's true, I'd like to personally address Mr McMahon...

Dear Vince,

Please stop - you're killing the poor guy,

Sincerely,

Mick Foley.''

WWE Fail:

WWE accidentally sent out rehearsal footage of Daniel Bryan's promo for Raw this week, to some international broadcasters, instead of the actual finished product. The video has since been removed from YouTube, so I can't share it with you.

NXT stars re-named:

Buddy Murphy and Wesley Blake, the current NXT Tag Champs have had their first names dropped, and will now wrestle under their surnames only.

WWE Superbowl:

James, son of WWE Hall Of Famer Animal, has called The Ascension's anti LOD promo ''Laughable'', and said if Hawk was still around, he and his dad would happily go to WWE to work with them.

He also said he no longer watches pro wrestling.
