WWE evacuation:
Mike & Maria Kanellis asked for their releases at the turn of they year, no word as yet on WWE's response.
They are not alone. Directly after losing on Raw this week both members of the Revival went to WWE management to ask for their releases from the company.
Angle family drama:
Kurt Angle's 16 year old niece was been abducted by her abusive boyfriend for the second time in the past twelve months this week. Police rescued the youngster after a number of hours and transported her to a local hospital for treatment on minor injuries. Angle had been using his celebrity to get the media involved in the search for the teenager, during the time she was missing.
NXT Rumble:
Ricochet vs Johnny Gargano for the North Am. is booked for the pre Royal Rumble NXT special.
Jericho talks AEW offer:
"The original offer that came in blew my mind… What? This is a real, almost like NHL-level offer which I'd never gotten before. But I also know that with the money WWE has, they could probably match it if they wanted to."
Dolph Ziggler:
I have already noted some stars are heading for the WWE door, the most notable to be eyeing an exit is reportedly Dolph Ziggler. It is gaining traction from a number of sources that DZ wants to further his comedy and media career away from WWE and will be gone from the company on or before January 31 this year.
WWE star lands cult role:
Ronda Rousey has been cast as Sonya Blade on the next Mortal Kombat video game.
New baby:
Apollo Crews has announced his wife is pregnant.
KO:
Despite returning soon vignettes airing on WWE TV, Kevin Owens is not expected back on WWE TV until after WrestleMania 35 in April. He may though be able to do some lives before that date.
Sanity wedding:
Killian Dain and Nikki Cross of Sanity have married this week. They have been together for over 10 years.
