The Iron Sheik wrote a letter of support for Hulk Hogan, as his trial continues, today. He acknowledged that they were not always friends, but blasted Gawker for their actions against Hulk, and the toll it has taken on his iconic career.

Jake reveals why title feud was nixed:

Jake The Snake says fans chanting ''DDT'' when he attacked Hulk Hogan during one of his ''Snake Pit'' segments, cost him a feud with Hulk for the WWE title. He said Vince was furious that fans were not chanting for the Hulkster.

WWE edit move:

WWE are cutting Seth Rollins' curb stomp out of DVD's. This goes back as far as 2012, in a match he had vs Jinder Mahal, which is featured on the new NXT DVD.

TNA man added to Network show:

Austin Aries will face Baron Corbin at the next NXT special.

Hulk Hogan court case:

The former owner of the Gawker website shocked and disgusted the court room in their case against Hulk Hogan yesterday. He replied that the sites age limit for participants in sex tapes aired on their site is 4 years old. He had been asked if they would ever turn down a sex tape featuring a celebrity, and appalled everyone when he said that anyone over the age of 4 was fair game. The current owners representatives quickly responded that he was being sarcastic in his response, but the damage may have been done.

Titus talks future:

Titus O'Neil has addressed his friend Batista's urges for him to quit WWE...

"I always believe in all things there's always positives in it. I made a mistake at an inopportune time. Regardless if it was too harsh or overreacting or whatever people have deemed it, it all stems from my mistake. Whether I agree with it or not, I am owning it. I'm doing what I'd normally do in any other situation. I can go and coach, I can do a lot of stuff, but at the end of the day, I've never quit on anything in my entire life."

WrestleMania 32:

New Day have presented WWE with an idea for their WrestleMania entrance. They want to fly around the arena on winged unicorns. The idea is said to be unlikely to get the go ahead, after the Owen Hart accident in 1999.

''Hail To The King'' by Avenged Sevenfold has been named as an official theme song for the show.

Power struggle in WWE:

This may be dirt sheeters wetting themselves and reading too much into something, but... 

There is currently tensions between Vince McMahon and Triple H, said to be caused by the return of Shane McMahon. Vince is said to be urging Shane to stay with WWE, and is making promises to him for a future role, and Triple H and Stephanie are feeling hard done by, and threatened in their own positions.

LanaMania:

Lana is said to be spending as much time as possible at the PC preparing for her first match. She is currently feuding with Brie Bella, meaning a possible mixed tag match, possibly at Mania, her and Rusev vs Brie and...???

WWE old boy quits:

Mr. Kennedy (Anderson) says he has left TNA, and hates the promotion. TNA later claimed that his bad behaviour at a live show last weekend led to them firing him, ending a six year run.

Reunion:

Natalya spent the day training with WWE Alum Justin Gabriel today.

LU talks:

Lucha Underground are in talks to have their first season aired on Netflix.

NXT promotion:

Ryan Ward, head of NXT creative, has been promoted to SmackDown full time. No word on who will take over at NXT.

ROH return:

Steve Corino has been cleared to return to the ring. He has been benched for a year, after neck fusion surgery.

WWE HOF:

Universal Studios have poured cold water on claims that WWE are about to launch their physical HOF building on their lot. They say they have not made any decisions at this time.
